Description
Claims (11)
- 排気ターボ過給機の制御要素である連結棒(11)と、電動機(3)と、前記電動機(3)により駆動可能な歯車駆動装置(4)と、を有するアクチュエータ(1)であって、前記歯車駆動装置(4)は、前記連結棒(11)の駆動のために前記連結棒(11)と作動的に連結される偏心的な軸受部(10)を備えた、旋回自在に保持された出力側の噛合要素(7)を有する、前記アクチュエータ(1)において、前記連結棒(11)は、前記軸受部(10)と直接的に連結され、
前記噛合要素(7)には、当該噛合要素(7)を旋回可能に保持するために軸(15)が割り当てられ、
前記連結棒(11)は、前記軸(15)を少なくとも領域単位で収容するための穴又は外形を有する、又は、前記軸(15)は、クランク軸形状に形成され、前記クランク軸形状の軸(15)の一部は、前記偏心的な軸受部(10)を形成するピボットにより形成される、ことを特徴とする、アクチュエータ(1)。 - 少なくとも基本的に前記電動機と前記歯車駆動装置(4)とがその中に配置されたハウジング(2)であって、前記連結棒(11)を前記ハウジングから外へと案内する手段を有する前記ハウジング(2)を特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジング(2)内の前記手段は、前記連結棒(11)の旋回を可能とする開口部と、前記開口部を密閉し操作部に密着するベローズ(20)と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記噛合要素(7)に割り当てられた前記連結棒(11)の末端は、前記噛合要素(7)の片側で前記軸受部(10)と連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記噛合要素(7)に割り当てられた前記連結棒(11)の末端は、前記噛合要素(7)の両側で前記軸受部(10)と連結するために、フォーク形状に形成されて前記噛合要素(7)を両側で把持することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記制御要素は、排気逃し弁を作動させるための強制誘導される連結棒(11)である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ。
- アクチュエータ(11)により操作可能な弁要素を備えた流量制御弁において、前記アクチュエータは、前記弁要素と連結された連結棒(11)を有する、前記流量制御弁において、請求項1〜6の1つ以上に記載の前記アクチュエータ(1)の構成を特徴とする、流量制御弁。
- 前記流量制御弁は、排気ターボ過給機のための流量制御弁である、請求項7に記載の流量制御弁。
- 少なくとも1つの操作可能な流量制御弁を備えた、排気ターボ過給機において、請求項7又は8に記載の流量制御弁の構成を特徴とする、排気ターボ過給機。
- 前記流量制御弁が排気逃し弁である、請求項9に記載の排気ターボ過給機。
- 請求項9又は10に記載の排気ターボ過給機であって、車両のための排気ターボ過給機。
