Description
(1) 製鉄所で発生し、30mm以下の粒径に予め破砕・調製された、主成分をMgOまたはAl2O3とし、SiO2を含有しない使用済み耐火物を、該使用済み耐火物とCaO系脱硫剤との合計添加量に対して5〜30質量%の範囲内となるように溶銑に添加し、添加したCaO系脱硫剤及び使用済み耐火物を、回転するインペラーによって溶銑と攪拌混合して溶銑を脱硫処理することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱硫方法。
(2) CaO系脱硫剤と使用済み耐火物とを合計した添加物中におけるAl2O3質量とMgO質量との比(Al2O3/MgO)が0.5〜3.0の範囲内になるように、使用するCaO系脱硫剤の組成に応じて、用いる使用済み耐火物の種類を選択することを特徴とする、上記(1)に記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。

Claims (1)
- 製鉄所で発生し、30mm以下の粒径に予め破砕・調製された、主成分をMgOまたはAl2O3とし、SiO2を含有しない使用済み耐火物を、該使用済み耐火物とCaO系脱硫剤との合計添加量に対して5〜30質量%の範囲内となるように溶銑に添加し、添加したCaO系脱硫剤及び使用済み耐火物を、回転するインペラーによって溶銑と攪拌混合して溶銑を脱硫処理する、溶銑の脱硫方法であって、
前記CaO系脱硫剤と前記使用済み耐火物とを合計した添加物中におけるAl 2 O 3 質量とMgO質量との比(Al 2 O 3 /MgO)が0.5〜3.0の範囲内になるように、使用するCaO系脱硫剤の組成に応じて、用いる使用済み耐火物の種類を選択することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱硫方法。
