Description
スラッジを除去しようとする部位を洗浄液にて浸漬させるソーキング(soaking)工程(第1のステップ)と、
洗浄液に気体窒素と、液体窒素、及びドライアイスからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種を注入して温度と圧力を変化させ、気泡を発生させる温度及び圧力の変化と気泡発生工程(第2のステップ)、及び
洗浄部位の温度を上昇させ、スラッジの除去を促進する加温工程(第3のステップ)と、を含む。また、状況に応じては、上記工程を全て実行したり、一部の工程だけを繰り返し実行したりしてもよい。

Claims (5)
- スラッジを除去しようとする対象を、N2H4と、ETA(モノエタノールアミン)及びNH3からなる群より選択される少なくとも一種とを含む洗浄液にて浸漬させる第1のステップと、
前記洗浄液の温度と圧力を変化させ、洗浄液に気泡を発生させる第2のステップ、及び
温度を上昇させ、スラッジの除去を促進する第3のステップと、
を含み、
前記洗浄液のETA又はNH3の量は、前記洗浄液のpHを7.5〜9.5とするように調整されており、
前記第2のステップにおいては、前記洗浄液に液体窒素を注入して温度と圧力を変化させ、前記洗浄液中に気泡を発生させ、
前記洗浄液のN2H4の濃度は、20ppb〜0.1%である、
原子力発電所において生成される沈積スラッジの物理化学的洗浄方法。 - 第1のステップは、洗浄しようとする対象を洗浄液にて浸漬した後、6〜48時間にかけて50〜95℃に保持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の原子力発電所において生成される沈積スラッジの物理化学的洗浄方法。
- 第2のステップは、6〜24時間にかけて実行され、変化される温度の範囲は25〜95℃、変化される圧力の範囲は2〜20気圧であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の原子力発電所において生成される沈積スラッジの物理化学的洗浄方法。
- 第3のステップの温度は、50〜95℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の原子力発電所において生成される沈積スラッジの物理化学的洗浄方法。
- 前記洗浄液は、1ppm〜2%のEDTA(エチレンジアミン四酢酸)、DTPA(ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸)又はEDTAとDTPAとの混合物を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれは1項に記載の原子力発電所において生成される沈積スラッジの物理化学的洗浄方法。
