Description
少なくとも1つのシロキサンマクロマと、少なくとも1つの親水性モノマーと、開始剤と、を含む、コンタクトレンズ材料を提供する。
第1シロキサンマクロマ(A1)、第2シロキサンマクロマ(B)、メタクリル酸2−ヒドロキシエチル(HEMA)、N,N−ジメチルアクリルアミド(DMA)、熱開始剤としての2,2’−アゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)、フッ素含有エーテルモノマー(I−2)、及び溶剤としてのエタノールを、表1に示す含有量の割合の通りに混合し約1時間撹拌して、混合物を形成した。
第1シロキサンマクロマ(A1)、第2シロキサンマクロマ(B)、N−ビニルピロリドン(NVP)、メタクリル酸2−ヒドロキシエチル(HEMA)、熱開始剤としての2,2’−アゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)、フッ素含有エーテルモノマー(I−3)、及び溶剤としてのエタノールを、表1に示す含有量の割合の通りに混合し約1時間撹拌して、混合物を形成した。次に、混合物をPP金型に加え、80℃のオーブンにおいて10時間硬化した。重合反応が完成した後、金型及びコンタクトレンズをイソプロパノールに1時間浸した後、コンタクトレンズを取り出した。そして、コンタクトレンズを水に入れて4時間加熱した後、更にコンタクトレンズを緩衝塩水に入れた。
Claims (10)
- 前記フッ素含有エーテルモノマーのフッ素原子と炭素原子とのモル比は、0.032〜0.880に介在する、請求項1に記載のフッ素含有エーテルモノマー。
- 前記化学式(I)において、R10はC5F5H6であり、R11は酸素であり、R12は炭素数2のアルキレン基である、請求項1に記載のフッ素含有エーテルモノマー。
- 前記化学式(I)において、R10はC10F17H4であり、R11は酸素であり、R12は炭素数2のアルキレン基である、請求項1に記載のフッ素含有エーテルモノマー。
- 前記化学式(I)において、R10はC10F17H4であり、R11は硫黄であり、R12は炭素数2のアルキレン基である、請求項1に記載のフッ素含有エーテルモノマー。
- 前記フッ素含有エーテルモノマーの使用量は、コンタクトレンズの総重量の0.07重量%〜0.40重量%を占める、請求項1に記載のフッ素含有エーテルモノマー。
- 下記の式(I)に示す化学式を有するフッ素含有エーテルモノマー
少なくとも1つの親水性モノマーと、
少なくとも1つのシロキサンマクロマと、
ここで、前記シロキサンマクロマは、
下記化学式(II)で示されるシロキサンマクロマ又は下記化学式(III)で示されるシロキサンマクロマを含む第1シロキサンマクロマ
数平均分子量が約1,000〜10,000であり、架橋可能な官能基を有する、下記化学式(IV)で示される第2シロキサンマクロマ
開始剤と、
を含む、コンタクトレンズ材料。 - 前記第1シロキサンマクロマは約30〜60重量部であり、前記第2シロキサンマクロマは約1〜15重量部であり、前記親水性モノマーは約30〜65重量部であり、前記フッ素含有エーテルモノマーは約0.1〜0.3重量部であり、前記開始剤は約0.1〜1重量部である、請求項7に記載のコンタクトレンズ材料。
- 前記親水性モノマーは、N−ビニルピロリドン(NVP)、メタクリル酸2−ヒドロキシエチル(HEMA)、N,N’−ジメチルアクリルアミド(DMA)、メタクリル酸(MAA)、N,N’−ジエチルアクリルアミド、N−イソプロピルアクリルアミド、アクリル酸2−ヒドロキシエチル、酢酸ビニル、N−アクリロイルモルホリン、アクリル酸2−ジメチルアミノエチル及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれる1つ以上の親水性モノマーを含む、請求項7に記載のコンタクトレンズ材料。
- 前記化学式(I)において、R10はC5F5H6又はC10F17H4であり、R11はO又はSであり、R12は炭素数2のアルキレン基である、請求項7に記載のコンタクトレンズ材料。
