Description
旋回電動モータ101の回転軸には上部旋回体2の回転位置を検出するための位置センサ(磁極位置センサ)18が設置されている。すなわち、位置センサ18は旋回電動モータ101の変位を出力するための検出器である。位置センサ18の出力値はパワーコントロールユニット103に出力され上部旋回体2の実速度の算出等に利用されている。なお、本実施の形態では旋回電動モータ101と旋回油圧モータ23の回転軸は連結されているので、位置センサ18で旋回油圧モータ23の回転位置を検出しても良い。

Claims (9)
- 少なくとも一の油圧アクチュエータ(23)と一の電動アクチュエータ(101)を含み、共通の駆動対象(2)を駆動するための2以上のアクチュエータと、
前記油圧アクチュエータに圧油を供給するための油圧ポンプ(22)と、
前記電動アクチュエータに電気を供給するための給電装置(102,104)と、
前記油圧アクチュエータと前記電動アクチュエータを同時に作動するための操作信号を一の操作で出力する操作装置(26)と、
前記操作装置が操作されたときに前記2以上のアクチュエータのうち前記油圧アクチュエータのみを駆動して前記駆動対象の駆動を行う油圧単独駆動モードと、前記操作装置が操作されたときに前記2以上のアクチュエータのうち前記電動アクチュエータのみを駆動して前記駆動対象の駆動を行う電動単独駆動モードとの切り換えを行う制御装置(30)と、
前記油圧単独駆動モードと前記電動単独駆動モードのうちいずれかをオペレータが選択するための入力装置(39)とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記入力装置で選択された駆動モードに応じて前記駆動対象の駆動モードを切り換えることを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1に記載の作業機械において、
前記油圧アクチュエータに圧油を供給するための管路及び前記油圧アクチュエータから圧油を排出するための管路に設けられた1対の油圧ポート(302,303)と、
前記電動アクチュエータに接続された電力線を流れる電流の値及び位相並びに電圧の値のうち少なくとも1つを測定するための測定装置を取り付けるための測定部(38)とを更に備えることを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1に記載の作業機械において、
前記油圧アクチュエータの前後圧を出力するための第1検出器(121,122)と、
前記電動アクチュエータに接続された電力線の電流の状態を出力するための第2検出器(19)と、
前記油圧単独駆動モード又は前記電動単独駆動モードの選択時に前記第1検出器及び前記第2検出器の少なくとも一方の出力値が表示される表示手段(31)を接続するための接続端子(301,305)とを更に備えることを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の作業機械において、
前記電動単独駆動モードの選択時に、前記油圧アクチュエータに圧油を供給するための管路と前記油圧アクチュエータから圧油を排出するための管路とを連通する管路連通手段(76)を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記油圧単独駆動モードの選択時に、前記電動アクチュエータに対する操作信号としてトルクゼロ信号を出力することを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項2に記載の作業機械において、
前記一対の油圧ポートに取り付けられ、前記油圧アクチュエータの前後圧を出力するための圧力測定装置と、
前記測定部に取り付けられ、前記電動アクチュエータに接続された電力線の電流値を出力するための電流測定装置とを更に備えることを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項4に記載の作業機械において、
前記油圧アクチュエータ又は前記電動アクチュエータの変位を出力するための検出器(18)と、
前記油圧単独駆動モード又は前記電動単独駆動モードの選択時に前記検出器の出力値が表示される表示手段(31)を接続するための接続端子(301,305)とを更に備えることを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1に記載の作業機械において、
前記油圧アクチュエータ及び前記電動アクチュエータの各種状態を示す信号を出力する検出器(121,122,18,19)と、
前記油圧単独駆動モード又は前記電動単独駆動モードが選択された場合に前記操作装置を介して所定の操作が行われたときの前記各種状態を示す信号の値であって、前記油圧アクチュエータ及び前記電動アクチュエータに係る異常検出の基準となる前記各種状態を示す信号の基準値が記憶された記憶装置(30)と、
前記制御装置から出力される表示信号に基づいて画面を表示する表示手段(31)を接続するための接続端子(301,305)とをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記油圧単独駆動モード又は前記電動単独駆動モードが選択された場合、前記操作装置を介しての前記所定の操作をオペレータに要求するための表示信号を前記接続端子に出力し、当該表示信号に基づいて前記操作装置が操作されたときにおける前記検出器の出力値と前記基準値との関係を表示するための表示信号を前記接続端子に出力することを特徴とする作業機械。 - 少なくとも一の油圧アクチュエータ(23)と一の電動アクチュエータ(101)を含み、共通の駆動対象(2)を駆動するための2以上のアクチュエータと、
前記油圧アクチュエータに圧油を供給するための油圧ポンプ(22)と、
前記電動アクチュエータに電気を供給するための給電装置(102,104)と、
前記油圧アクチュエータと前記電動アクチュエータを同時に作動するための操作信号を一の操作で出力する操作装置(26)と、
前記操作装置が操作されたときに前記2以上のアクチュエータを駆動して前記駆動対象の駆動を行う複合駆動モードと、前記操作装置が操作されたときに前記2以上のアクチュエータのうち前記電動アクチュエータのみを駆動して前記駆動対象の駆動を行う電動単独駆動モードとの切り換えを行う制御装置(30)と、
前記複合駆動モードと前記電動単独駆動モードのうちいずれかをオペレータが選択するための入力装置(39)とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記入力装置で選択された駆動モードに応じて前記駆動対象の駆動モードを切り換えることを特徴とする作業機械。 - 少なくとも一の油圧アクチュエータ(23)と一の電動アクチュエータ(101)を含み、共通の駆動対象(2)を駆動するための2以上のアクチュエータと、
前記油圧アクチュエータに圧油を供給するための油圧ポンプ(22)と、
前記電動アクチュエータに電気を供給するための給電装置(102,104)と、
前記油圧アクチュエータと前記電動アクチュエータを同時に作動するための操作信号を一の操作で出力する操作装置(26)と、
前記操作装置が操作されたときに前記2以上のアクチュエータを駆動して前記駆動対象の駆動を行う複合駆動モードと、前記操作装置が操作されたときに前記2以上のアクチュエータのうち前記油圧アクチュエータのみを駆動して前記駆動対象の駆動を行う油圧単独駆動モードとの切り換えを行う制御装置(30)と、
前記複合駆動モードと前記油圧単独駆動モードのうちいずれかをオペレータが選択するための入力装置(39)とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記入力装置で選択された駆動モードに応じて前記駆動対象の駆動モードを切り換えることを特徴とする作業機械。
