Claims (11)
- ガスセンサハウジング(1)であって、
一次ガス透過性拡散膜(2)の下でハウジング本体(11)によって保持される、あるガス濃度がその活性表面上で形成されるためのガスセンサ(3)と、
信号が前記ガスセンサ(3)からコネクタ素子へ(10)伝達されてもよいようにその各端部が前記ガスセンサ(3)と接続可能となるよう、前記ハウジング本体(11)内に成形される少なくとも1つのコネクタ素子(10)と、
前記ハウジング本体(11)に筐体をもたらすセンサエンベロープ(9)と、
前記ガスセンサ(3)の上の所定の位置に前記一次ガス透過性拡散膜(2)を維持する手段と、
前記ガスセンサ(3)と前記一次ガス透過性拡散膜(2)との間に分離距離(X)をもたらすスペーサ部分(7)と、
電気絶縁性を有し、かつ前記スペーサ部分(7)と前記一次ガス透過性拡散膜(2)との間に提供される二次ガス透過性拡散膜(4)と、
を備え、
前記一次ガス透過性拡散膜(2)は、前記ハウジング本体(11)から遠ざかろうとする前記一次ガス透過性拡散膜(2)の動きを制限する前記センサエンベロープ(9)の内向き突出縁部(6)によって、前記ガスセンサ(3)の上の所定の位置に維持され、
拡散距離およびガス透過性拡散膜の後方の内部体積が最小化される、ガスセンサハウジング(1)。 - 前記スペーサ部分(7)が前記ハウジング本体(11)と一体的に形成される、請求項1に記載のガスセンサハウジング(1)。
- 前記スペーサ部分(7)が、前記ハウジング本体(11)と前記一次ガス透過性拡散膜(2)との間に配置された別個の存在である、請求項1に記載のガスセンサハウジング(1)。
- 前記スペーサ部分(7)が前記センサエンベロープ(9)と一体的に形成される、請求項1に記載のガスセンサハウジング(1)。
- 前記二次ガス透過性拡散膜(4)が、少なくとも部分的にポリテトラフルオロエチレンまたは類似のハロゲン化炭化水素ポリマーから製造される、請求項1に記載のガスセンサハウジング(1)。
- 前記ハウジング本体(11)が熱可塑性材料から成形される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のガスセンサハウジング(1)。
- 前記ハウジング本体(11)が、ポリエーテル・エーテル・ケトンを少なくとも一部に含む熱可塑性材料から成形される、請求項6に記載のガスセンサハウジング(1)。
- 前記ガスセンサ(3)が平面的なチップのガスセンサ(3)である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のガスセンサハウジング(1)。
- 前記ガスセンサ(3)が薄膜ガスセンサ(3)である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のガスセンサハウジング(1)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のガスセンサハウジング(1)を備えるテストガス検出システム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のガスセンサハウジング(1)を備える漏れテストシステム。
