Claims (12)
- 流体容器を形成する方法であって、
型内で外壁をブロー成形して前記流体容器の外周を形成する工程と、
前記外壁を2つの部分に分割することで、前記型を開く工程と、
内壁をブロー成形する前に、前記内壁を前記型の中および前記外壁の前記2つの部分の間に配設する工程と、
前記内壁を型でブロー成形して、所定の位置で前記外壁に連結されると共に他の位置で前記外壁から隔てられた前記内壁を提供する工程と、
を有していることを特徴とする流体容器を形成する方法。 - 前記内壁のブロー成形工程中に、加圧流体を前記内壁の中ならびに前記内壁および前記外壁の間に供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
- 前記内壁と前記外壁とが接続している少なくとも幾つかの箇所で、前記内壁が前記外壁と結合していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
- 前記内壁が、炭化水素燃料の貯蔵される内容積を画定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
- 前記内壁が、少なくとも1つの蒸気障壁層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
- 前記外壁が、少なくとも1つの蒸気障壁層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
- 前記内壁および前記外壁それぞれが、多層のポリマー材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
- ブロー成形された前記外壁の平均厚さが、2〜10mmとされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
- ブロー成形された前記外壁の平均厚さとブロー成形された前記内壁の平均厚さとの合計が、4〜10mmとされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
- 前記内壁で囲まれた容積が、前記外壁の内面で囲まれた容積の40〜95%とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
- 構造構成要素を前記内壁と前記外壁の間に配置し、前記内壁と外壁の少なくとも1つと接続させる工程をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
- 複数の外壁部分を一緒に結合して、単一の連続的な外壁を形成する工程をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体容器を形成する方法。
