Claims (9)
- 容器を成形する方法において、
成形面と、前記成形面の一部を画定する凹型領域と、分割するために互いに開くと共に密閉するために互いに閉じる金型部と、を有する金型、を設ける工程と、
前記金型が開いた時に、前記金型に溶融プラスチックパリソンを提供する工程と、
前記金型を閉じる工程と、
前記パリソンの一部が前記凹型領域に入るように、前記成形面に対して接するようにパリソンを膨らませる工程と、
取付部を画定するために、前記金型に関連して二次成形装置を動かすことにより(ただし、二次成形装置を回転させて動かすことを除く)、前記凹型領域内で前記パリソンの一部を成形する工程と、を有し、
前記凹型領域内で前記パリソンの一部を成形する工程が、前記取付部の内面に段差を形成することと、前記二次成形装置を前記段差を超えて移動させることと、を含む
ことを特徴とする取付部を備えた容器を成形する方法。 - 前記二次成形装置が、前記金型部と独立して動く
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、取付部を備えた容器を成形する方法。 - 前記二次成形装置が、ヘッドを備えた本体、を有し、
前記ヘッドは、前記パリソンと係合するために構成され、前記容器の形状を決める前記形成面の一部を画定する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の、取付部を備えた容器を成形する方法。 - 前記取付部が前記容器の内部に連通する開口通路を有するように、前記パリソン材料を移動させて、前記凹型領域と連通する開口部を設ける工程をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、取付部を備えた容器を成形する方法。 - 外側に廃材を備えた前記パリソンの領域を少なくとも薄くする工程をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、取付部を備えた容器を成形する方法。 - 前記二次成形装置が、切断部を有し、
前記パリソンが前記切断部に係合されると、前記廃材が、前記パリソンから少なくとも実質的に切り離される
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の、取付部を備えた容器を成形する方法。 - 前記パリソンの内部に加圧流体を提供することにより、前記パリソンが膨張する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、取付部を備えた容器を成形する方法。 - 前記二次成形装置の動作は、前記取付部の少なくとも一部で二重層を提供する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、取付部を備えた容器を成形する方法。 - 前記パリソン材料が、少なくとも1つの蒸気層を備えた複数の異なる層を有し、
前記取付部の少なくとも一部には、2つの異なる蒸気層が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の、取付部を備えた容器を成形する方法。
