Description
1リットルのParr反応器にメカニカルスターラー、底部ドレイン弁、蒸留装置を取り付け、これに2,6−ナフタレンジカルボン酸ジメチル(NDC、366g、1500mmol、0.36eq)、D−イソソルビド(IS、79g、542mmol、0.13eq)、1,2−プロパンジオール(1,2−PG、117g、1542mmol、0.37eq)、0.687gのFascat 4100(Brenntag Specialties)触媒を入れた。反応器内を窒素で覆い、撹拌しつつ、(固体が溶融したら)反応器の温度をゆっくりと205℃まで上げた。約5時間後、反応器を開放し、コハク酸(SA、54.1g、458mmol、0.11eq)、Pripol 1012(Croda)ダイマー二酸脂肪酸(DA、70.6g、125mmol、0.03eq)をプレポリマー混合物に加えた。この時点で、約70gのメタノールが留出した。反応混合物を、窒素下、205℃に維持し、230rpmで一晩撹拌した。約20.5gの蒸留物を一晩かけて集めた。
D−マンニトール(53.1g、292mmol、0.07eq)を用い、1,2−PGの量を95g(1250mmol、0.30eq)に減らした以外は、Comp Exの材料および方法を実施した。
myo−イノシトール(52.5g、292mmol、0.07eq)を用い、1,2−PGの量を95g(1250mmol、0.30eq)に減らした以外は、Comp Exの材料および方法を実施した。
D−マンニトールの量を2倍にし(106g、583mmol、0.14eq)、1,2−PGの量を31.7g(417mmol、0.10eq)に減らした以外は、Ex1の材料および方法を実施した。
4種類の樹脂を分析した。上述の4種類の樹脂それぞれの生物由来または生物起源の試薬の含有量は、54.8wt%であった。
Claims (4)
- トナーポリエステル樹脂の合成材料として、(a)多塩基酸またはポリエステル、(b)40mol%〜60mol%の有機ポリオール、及び(d)0.1mol%〜10mol%の生分解性ポリオールを含む、少なくとも1種類のトナーポリエステル樹脂と;
場合により、着色剤、ワックス、界面活性剤、開始剤、触媒または凝固剤のうち、1つ以上と; を含む、トナー組成物であって、
前記生分解性ポリオールがマンニトールまたはイノシトールである、トナー組成物。 - さらにシェルを含む、請求項1に記載のトナー組成物。
- 前記多塩基酸が、3個以上のカルボン酸基を含むか、または、前記ポリエステルが、3個以上のエステル基を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載のトナー組成物。
- 前記多塩基酸が、アゼライン酸、コハク酸、シクロヘキサン二酸、ナフタレンジカルボン酸、ダイマー二酸、テレフタル酸、グルタミン酸、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のトナー組成物。
