Description
図1、図2に示されるように、本発明の集合電池用架台は、内部に電池モジュール1が収納される鋼鉄製の架台であって、電池モジュール1を支持する底枠2の四隅に、支柱3を備えたものである。電池モジュール1はこの実施形態ではNaS電池であるが、前記したようにLiイオン電池、Ni-H2電池などの集合電池であってもよい。電池モジュール1は直方体状のケースの内部に数百本の単電池を収納したもので、重量物である。4は支柱3の上部間を結ぶ連結材であるがその配置は自由であり、筋交いのように斜めの連結材を加えてもよい。電池モジュール1はこのような集合電池用架台に収納された状態で、輸送されるものである。

Claims (4)
- 底枠の四隅に立設された支柱を備え、内部に電池モジュールを収納して輸送するための架台であって、
各支柱の上端部に嵌合用突起を形成するとともに、各支柱の底部にこれらの嵌合用突起が嵌合される嵌合孔を形成し、
下側の支柱の嵌合用突起と上側の支柱の嵌合孔とを嵌合させて段積み設置することにより、据付用架台として使用可能とし、
輸送時または倉庫保管時に底枠と電池モジュールに挟まれ、据付時には取り除かれる緩衝材を持ち、その底枠と電池モジュールに挟まれる緩衝材の厚さに対応する高さのスペーサを、下側の支柱と上側の支柱との間に介在させることを特徴とする集合電池用架台。 - 嵌合用突起の上部がテーパ状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の集合電池用架台。
- 対をなす支柱の下端部間に、荷重分散用の板状部材を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の集合電池用架台。
- 板状部材が底コーナー部に丸みを持たせた断面U字形状であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の集合電池用架台。
