Claims (13)
- 入口端と出口端とを有する流通路(51)を有する筐体(1;50)を備えるバイオプロセス流用のフロースルー導電率センサアセンブリであって、入口端と出口端の間の流通路延長部の少なくとも一部の断面が、導電率測定チャネル(2;53)と、該測定チャネルよりも大きな断面積の平行バイパスチャネル(3;51a)とに分割されており、前記導電率測定チャネル(2;53)が前記バイパスチャネル(3;51a)の断面内に配置されており、第1の電極及び第2の電極が前記測定チャネルの両端部に隣接して設けられているか、或いは第1の電極(4;55)が前記測定チャネル内部の中心部に設けられていて第2の電極(5,6)が前記測定チャネルの一端又は各端部に隣接して設けられており、前記第2の電極(5,6)が前記測定チャネル(2)の外部に配置されている、導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 前記測定チャネル(2;53)の断面が少なくとも実質的に円形である、請求項1記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 前記測定チャネルが前記流通路の内周に隣接して配置される、請求項1又は請求項2記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 前記第1及び第2の電極(4〜6;54〜56)が環状である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 前記測定チャネル(2;53)の断面積と前記バイパスチャネル(3;51a)の断面積との比率が約1:2未満である、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 前記バイパス流チャネルが少なくとも2つの別々の流路へと分割される、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 前記流通路(51)内を流れる流体に曝されるpHプローブ(43;80)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 前記pHプローブ(80)が前記バイパスチャネル(51a)中へと延在する、請求項7記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 前記筐体の入口端と出口端の間の流通路が順次配置された導電率測定部分及びpH測定部分を含む、請求項7記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 前記筐体(50)が一体成形ユニットである、請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも測定電極が前記測定チャネル(53)に対して横断方向に前記筐体(50)を貫通するリセス(58)内に載置された電極素子(55)によって形成される、請求項10記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 前記導電率測定チャネル(2)が前記筐体(30)内部に載置された導電率セルインサート(11,12,13)によって形成される、請求項9記載の導電率センサアセンブリ。
- 濾過システム又はクロマトグラフィシステムにおける請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか1項記載の導電率センサアセンブリの使用。
