Claims (12)
- 車両のための交換可能な照明アセンブリであって、
筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置される少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード(LED)アセンブリと、
前記LEDアセンブリの上に配置され、前記LEDアセンブリに固定されたレンズと、
前記LEDアセンブリからの熱を伝導するベースと、
前記車両に対して前記筐体を光学的に位置合わせし、位置決めするための位置決め機構と
を備え、
前記ベースが、前記レンズに対して前記LEDアセンブリを配向するための選択的な調整を提供する、協働する凸面および凹面をそれぞれ有する第1および第2の部材を含み、
前記第1および第2の部材が互いに接合される、
交換可能な照明アセンブリ。 - 車両のための照明アセンブリであって、
筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置される少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード(LED)アセンブリと、
前記LEDアセンブリの上に配置され、前記LEDアセンブリに固定されたレンズと、
前記車両に対して前記筐体を光学的に位置合わせし、位置決めするための位置決め機構と、
前記筐体内で少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記LEDアセンブリがそこから熱を伝導するために前記筐体上に取り付けられた金属ベースと
を備え、
前記ベースが、前記レンズに対して前記LEDアセンブリを配向するための選択的な調整を提供する、協働する凸面および凹面をそれぞれ有する第1および第2の部材を含み、
前記第1および第2の部材が互いに接合される、
照明アセンブリ。 - 前記LEDアセンブリと熱的に接触する熱伝導材料の塊を備える、請求項1または2に記載の交換可能な照明アセンブリ。
- 前記位置決め機構が、前記照明アセンブリを配向するために前記筐体上に配置された少なくとも3つの位置決めタブを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の交換可能な照明アセンブリ。
- 前記LEDおよび前記レンズを前記筐体に固定するための機械的締結具を備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の交換可能な照明アセンブリ。
- 前記レンズが、別個のLEDを囲む全体的に半球状の凹所をそれぞれ有する別個のレンズ部を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の交換可能な照明アセンブリ。
- 溶解することにより前記第1および第2の部材が互いに固定する金属タブを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の交換可能な照明アセンブリ。
- 前記ベースが、熱伝導パッドと協働する金属ブロックを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の交換可能な照明アセンブリ。
- 前記凸面および前記凹面が異なる曲率を有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の交換可能な照明アセンブリ。
- 前記筐体上に電気コネクタを備える、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の交換可能な照明アセンブリ。
- 前記電気コネクタが、前記筐体の外周部に沿って設置される、請求項10記載の交換可能な照明アセンブリ。
- 前記ベースに固定されたプリント回路板を備え、LEDアセンブリが前記プリント回路板に動作可能に接続される、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の交換可能な照明アセンブリ。
