Claims (5)
- 回転筒の内部で有機性廃棄物を加熱することにより、前記有機性廃棄物を熱分解して炭化処理する炭化炉と、前記回転筒の入口側に連結され、前記回転筒内へと前記有機性廃棄物を投入する投入機とを備える炭化処理システムであって、
前記投入機は、
一端に前記回転筒の入口側で開口する投入口を有し、前記有機性廃棄物を搬送して前記投入口から前記回転筒内へと投入する投入管と、
前記回転筒の入口側で前記投入口と並んで開口する吸引口を一端に有し、前記回転筒内での前記有機性廃棄物の熱分解によって発生する熱分解ガスを前記吸引口から吸い込んで外部へと排出する排ガス管と、
内部に前記投入管及び前記排ガス管が挿通されるとともに、前記挿通された投入管及び排ガス管の周囲に断熱材が配設された筒状のケーシングと、
を備えることを特徴とする炭化処理システム。 - 請求項1記載の炭化処理システムにおいて、
前記排ガス管の外面にヒータを設けたことを特徴とする炭化処理システム。 - 請求項1または2記載の炭化処理システムにおいて、
前記ケーシングの内面にヒータを設けたことを特徴とする炭化処理システム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の炭化処理システムにおいて、
前記ケーシングは、前記回転筒の内面との間に隙間を設けた状態で該回転筒の入口側に挿入配置され、
前記隙間は、一端が前記回転筒内に開口すると共に、他端から前記一端に向けて気体が流通されることを特徴とする炭化処理システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の炭化処理システムにおいて、
前記回転筒の入口側において、前記吸引口が前記投入口よりも上方で開口していることを特徴とする炭化処理システム。
