Claims (3)
- 成形品を形作る製品形成空間を内側に形成し、湯口から溶湯を受け入れる鋳型と、
前記溶湯を貯留可能な貯留部と、前記鋳型に当接し、前記湯口に整合可能な注入口が形成された板状の開閉体と、を有するラドルと、
前記製品形成空間にガスを供給するガス供給部と、を備え、
前記鋳型は、前記ラドル内に前記溶湯を貯留する倒設状態と、当該倒設状態から起き上がらせて前記溶湯が前記湯口から前記鋳型内部に注ぎ込まれた立設状態と、の間で傾動可能である傾斜式重力鋳造装置であって、
前記ラドルは前記鋳型に対してスライド自在に取り付けられており、前記注入口が前記湯口に整合する開放状態と、前記開閉体が前記湯口を塞ぐ閉塞状態との間で、スライド可能であることを特徴とする傾斜式重力鋳造装置。 - 前記ガス供給部は、前記鋳型が前記立設状態のときに、当該鋳型の外部から前記製品形成空間の上部空間にガスを供給するガス流路を有しており、
前記ガス流路は、前記立設状態のときに、前記上部空間に水平方向を向いて連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の傾斜式重力鋳造装置。 - 前記ガス流路は、前記鋳型の外部に連通し、外部からガスを導入する導入流路と、
前記導入流路から枝分かれして、前記鋳型が前記立設状態のときの前記製品形成空間の前記上部空間にガスを供給する供給流路と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の傾斜式重力鋳造装置。
