Claims (2)
- 内部に溶融金属を収容するホッパと、内部に形成されるキャビティに石膏鋳型が設置され、ホッパと並んで配置される金型と、ホッパ内部とキャビティとを連通させる湯道と、ホッパおよび金型を一体的に水平状態から傾動させる傾動手段とを備えた鋳造装置において、
前記ホッパおよび金型が水平状態の時にホッパの上面となる位置に配管を接続し、この配管を通じてホッパ内部を減圧する減圧手段を設けるとともに、前記ホッパおよび金型を傾動させて垂直状態の時に金型の上面となる位置に配管を接続し、この配管を通じてキャビティを減圧する減圧手段を設け、垂直状態の金型の上面となる位置に接続した配管を通じてキャビティを加圧する加圧手段を設け、前記湯道を開閉する開閉ゲートを設け、前記ホッパおよび金型が垂直状態で、前記湯道が、キャビティの側面に沿って、ホッパからキャビティの下端部に向かって延びるように金型に形成されていて、前記金型とホッパとをシール部材を介して連結するとともに、前記金型の上型と下型の合せ面にシール部材を介設し、前記ホッパの本体部と蓋部との合せ面にシール部材を介設した鋳造装置。 - 前記ホッパおよび金型を傾動させて垂直状態の時に金型の上面となる位置に接続した配管に、開閉弁を備えた分岐配管を接続し、この分岐配管を、前記ホッパおよび金型が水平状態の時にホッパの上面となる位置に接続した配管とするとともに、前記ホッパおよび金型を傾動させて垂直状態の時に金型の上面となる位置に接続した配管に、切換弁を介して前記加圧手段を接続した請求項1に記載の鋳造装置。
