Abstract
Description
A:上記円柱形軸部と上記截頭円錐形軸部とから成る上記軸部を備えたブランクを成形する、
B:一対の転造ダイプレートの対向する転造面にそれぞれ垂直面部と該垂直面部の下端に連続し且つ対向する他の転造面との対向間隔を狭めるように傾斜する傾斜面部を形成する、
C:上記転造面の傾斜面部のテーパー角度を上記ブランクの截頭円錐形軸部のテーパー角度よりも小さく設定する、
D:上記一対の転造ダイプレートの転造面間において該各転造面の傾斜面部と上記截頭円錐形軸部の外周面の雄ねじ山起点位置とを接触させた状態で転造を行い上記第一雄ねじ山及び上記喰い付き面を備える第二雄ねじ山を転造形成する。
Claims (4)
- 頭部と該頭部から垂下する軸部を備え、該軸部は頭部直下の円柱形軸部と該円柱形軸部の先端に連続する截頭円錐形軸部とから成り、上記円柱形軸部に複数の第一雄ねじ山を形成すると共に該第一雄ねじ山に続く第二雄ねじ山を上記截頭円錐形軸部に複数形成し、該各第二雄ねじ山の頂部に凹凸形態を備える喰い付き面を形成し、該喰い付き面が下穴内周面に喰い付くことを特徴とする自己タップねじ。
- 上記円柱形軸部の先端部に形成した複数の第一雄ねじ山に周方向に等間隔を置いて複数のねじ山欠落部を形成すると共に、上記截頭円錐形軸部に形成した複数の第二雄ねじ山に周方向に等間隔を置いて複数のねじ山欠落部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の自己タップねじ。
- 請求項1記載の自己タップねじの製造方法であって、以下のA乃至Dの工程を有することを特徴とする。
A:上記円柱形軸部と上記截頭円錐形軸部とから成る上記軸部を備えたブランクを成形する、
B:一対の転造ダイプレートの対向する転造面にそれぞれ垂直面部と該垂直面部の下端に連続し且つ対向する他の転造面との対向間隔を狭めるように傾斜する傾斜面部を形成する、
C:上記転造面の傾斜面部のテーパー角度を上記ブランクの截頭円錐形軸部のテーパー角度よりも小さく設定する、
D:上記一対の転造ダイプレートの転造面間において該各転造面の傾斜面部と上記截頭円錐形軸部の外周面の雄ねじ山起点位置とを接触させた状態で転造を行い上記第一雄ねじ山及び上記喰い付き面を備える第二雄ねじ山を転造形成する。 - 上記ブランクに上記円柱形軸部と上記截頭円錐形軸部に跨る平面部を周方向に等間隔を置いて複数成形し、該平面部により上記円柱形軸部の先端部の複数の第一雄ねじ山に周方向に等間隔を置いて複数のねじ山欠落部を形成すると共に、上記截頭円錐形軸部の複数の第二雄ねじ山に周方向に等間隔を置いて複数のねじ山欠落部を形成することを特徴とする請求項3記載の自己タップねじの製造方法。
