Claims (7)
- タービン(12)のノズル(20)であって、
前記タービン(12)のシュラウドに連結され、ほぼ均一な壁厚を有する一組の離間した壁を備えるダクト部材(102)を含み、
前記一組の離間した壁は、隣接するダクト部材から離れ且つ前記タービンの軸(14)周りで周方向に配置され、
前記ノズルは、さらに、前記一組の離間した壁の一方の外側面に配置され且つ隣接するダクト部材の一方の外側面に接続するように配置された、一対の対向する外側面を備える界面部材(140)を含み、該界面部材の前記一対の対向する外側面は、各々、前記一組の離間した壁の該一方の外側面および前記隣接するダクト部材の前記一方の外側面に嵌合し、
前記一組の離間した壁の内側対向面(104、104)は、隣接するダクト部材の内側対向面(104、104)と共に翼形を形成し、且つ、前記ダクト部材(102)を通る多角形通路を形成し、
前記多角形通路は、上流端部(116)及び下流端部(118)を含み、
前記多角形通路の前記上流端部(116)が、前記多角形通路の前記下流端部(118)よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする、ノズル(20)。 - 前記ダクト部材(102)はモノリシック金属成分を含む、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記ダクト部材(102)は複合マトリックス材料を含む、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 回転軸(14)と、
前記回転軸(14)から延在する複数のバケット(16)と、
前記複数のバケット(16)に隣接して前記複数のバケット(16)に流体流(115)(15)を案内するノズル(20)セットと
を含み、
各々のノズル(20)が、ほぼ均一な壁厚を有する一組の離間した壁を備えるダクト部材(102)を含み、
前記一組の離間した壁は、隣接するダクト部材から離れ且つ前記回転軸(14)周りで周方向に配置され、
前記ノズルは、さらに、前記一組の離間した壁の一方の外側面に配置され且つ隣接するダクト部材の一方の外側面に接続するように配置された、一対の対向する外側面を備える界面部材(140)を含み、該界面部材の該一対の対向する外側面は、各々、前記一組の離間した壁の前記一方の外側面および前記隣接するダクト部材の前記一方の外側面に嵌合し、
前記一組の離間した壁の内側対向面(104、104)は、隣接するダクト部材の内側対向面(104、104)と共に翼形を形成し、且つ、前記ダクト部材(102)を通る多角形通路を形成する
ことを特徴とする、タービン(12)。 - 少なくとも1つのダクト部材(102)はモノリシック金属成分を含む、請求項4に記載のタービン。
- 少なくとも1つのダクト部材(102)は複合マトリックス材料(CMM)から全体的に作られる、請求項4に記載のタービン。
- 各々のダクト部材(102)は、下流端部(118)よりも大きな上流端部(116)を有する多角形通路を含む、請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のタービン。
