Abstract

Claims (10)
- タービン(12)のノズル(20)であって、
前記タービン(12)のシュラウドに連結され、ほぼ均一な壁厚を有するダクト部材(102)からなるノズル(20)。 - 前記ダクト部材(102)はモノリシック金属成分を含む、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記ダクト部材(102)は複合マトリックス材料を含む、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記ダクト部材(102)は曲線内側対向面(104)を有する、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記ダクト部材(102)は多角形通路を含む、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記ダクト部材(102)は、隣接するダクト部材(102)の外側面に嵌合するための1対の対向する外側面を含む、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 回転軸(14)と、
前記回転軸(14)から延在する複数のバケット(16)と、
前記複数のバケット(16)に隣接して前記複数のバケット(16)に流体流(115)(15)を案内するノズル(20)セットであって、各々のノズル(20)がほぼ均一な壁厚を有するダクト部材(102)を含む前記ノズル(20)セットとからなるタービン(12)。 - 少なくとも1つのダクト部材(102)はモノリシック金属成分を含む、請求項7に記載のタービン。
