Claims (17)
- 作動中にガス流を導くことを目的とする静翼構成部材(29、129)の製造方法であって、構成部材は、周方向に対して少なくともの2つの区画(13、14、15;113)で構成され、各々の区画は、少なくとも1つの壁部材(1、2;101、102)を有し、その区画は、互いに隣接して配置されるとともに、その2つの壁部材、各々の2つの隣接した区画の壁部材は、前記ガス流の案内および/または構成部材の作動中の負荷を伝達するために、構成部材の径方向に延びるように形成された手段(18、19;118、119)に、一体となって適切に接合されることを特徴とする静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 第1の前記隣接した区画(13;113)は、第1の壁部材(1;101)および第2の壁部材(2;102)によって構成され、前記周方向におけるそれらの間にガスダクト(3;103)を形成するために離間されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 第1および第2の壁部材(1、2;101、102)は、それらが構成部材の径方向における本質的に少なくとも部分的に延びる構成部材の所定位置に互いに配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 第3の壁部材(5)が、第1および第2の壁部材の間に延びて、構成部材の径方向における第1の方向にガスダクトを形成するために、それに対して接合されるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 第3の壁部材(5)の縁部が、前記第1および第2の壁部材(1、2)に対して、第3の壁部材に関して同じである周方向の反対側からレーザ溶接されるというような方法で一体となって接合される壁部材の部分が、T字状接合部(8)を形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 前記第3の壁部材(5)は、第1の板状部材(4)の中間部を構成し、第1および第2の壁部材との間と一致する形状を有し、この板状部材が第1および第2の壁部材の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 第4の壁部材(10)が、第1および第2の壁部材(1、2)の間に延びて、構成部材の径方向における第2の方向にガスダクトを形成するために、それに対して接合されるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項4ないし6のいずれかに記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 第4の壁部材(10)の縁部が、前記第1および第2の壁部材に対して、第4の壁部材に関して同じである周方向の反対側からレーザ溶接されるというような方法で一体となって接合される壁部材の部分が、T字状接合部(8)を形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 前記第4の壁部材(10)は、第2の板状部材(9)の中間部を構成し、第1および第2の壁部材との間と一致する形状を有し、この板状部材が第1および第2の壁部材の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 第1および第2の壁部材(1、2;101、102)が、内側および/または外側のリング部材(24、25;31、34)に径方向に接合されることを特徴とする請求項2ないし9のいずれかに記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 第1および第2の壁部材(101、102)を構成する部分が、本質的にU字状の1つの部材(30)であることを特徴とする請求項2ないし10のいずれかに記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- U字状部材(30)の基部(33)が、内側のリング部材(31)に接合されることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- U字状部材(30)の側部が、外側のリング部材(34)に接合されることを特徴とする請求項10、11および12に記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 全ての区画が、第1の区画と同様に構成されることを特徴とする請求項2ないし13のいずれかに記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 静翼構成部材(29、129)が、本質的に円形の断面形状を有し、ガス流を導くための複数ダクトが、内側および外側のリング間で軸方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 静翼構成部材(29、129)が、ガスタービンに用いられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
- 静翼構成部材(29、129)が、ジェットエンジンに用いられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の静翼構成部材の製造方法。
