Description
辺長約15mmを有し、厚さ約200nmの酸化ケイ素コーティング、ITO/金からなるフィンガー構造を有するドープされたシリコン基材を、アルコール(メタノール、エタノールもしくはイソプロパノール)又はトルエン中の[In5(μ5−O)(μ3−OiPr)4(μ2−OiPr)4(OiPr)5]の5 質量%溶液100μlでスピンコーティング(2000rpm)によって被覆した。水を排除するために、乾燥した溶剤(水200ppmよりも少ない)を使用し、さらに被覆をグローブボックス内(10ppmのH2Oよりも少ない状態)で実施した。被覆過程の後に、被覆された基材を空気に接して温度260℃又は350℃で1時間アニールした。
Claims (11)
- 金属酸化物含有層を非水性溶液から製造するための液相法において、
i)一般式
M x O y (OR) z
[式中 x=3〜20、y=1〜8、z=1〜25、M=In、Ga、Sn及び/又はZn、OR=C 1 〜C 15 −アルコキシ基、C 1 〜C 15 −オキシアルキルアルコキシ基、C 1 〜C 15 −アリールオキシ基、又はC 1 〜C 15 −オキシアリールアルコキシ基]の少なくとも1種の金属オキソアルコキシドと、
ii)少なくとも1種の溶剤と
を含有する無水組成物を基材上に塗布し、そして金属酸化物含有層に変換させることを特徴とする、金属酸化物含有層を非水性溶液から製造するための液相法。 - 前記少なくとも1種の金属オキソアルコキシドが[In5(μ5−O)(μ3−OiPr)4(μ2−OiPr)4(OiPr)5]、[Sn3O(OiBu)10(iBuOH)2]及び/又は[Sn6O4(OR)4]であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の金属オキソアルコキシドが、前記方法で使用される唯一の金属酸化物前駆体であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の金属オキソアルコキシドが、前記無水組成物の全質量に対して0.1〜15質量%の割合で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の溶剤が、非プロトン性又は弱プロトン性溶剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の溶剤が、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロパノール、テトラヒドロフルフリルアルコール、tert−ブタノール及びトルエンから成る群から選択されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が粘度1mPa・s〜10Pa・sを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記基材がガラス、シリコン、酸化ケイ素、金属酸化物、金属又はポリマー材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記無水組成物の前記基材への塗布が、印刷法、噴霧法、回転コーティング法、浸せきコーティング、又はメニスカスコーティング、スリットコーティング、スロットダイコーティング及びカーテンコーティングからなる群から選択される方法で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 変換が温度150℃超によって熱的に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱処理の前、その間又はその後に、UV線、IR線又はVIS線を照射することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
