Description

1つの例では、ナフチルスルホニルアミノアントラノイルアントラニル酸のエステルを含む蛍光組成物が提供される。
具体例を、説明および記述の目的のために選択し、それらを本明細書の一部を形成する添付の図面に示す。
(2−[2−(ナフタレン−2−スルホニルアミノ)−ベンゾイルアミノ]−安息香酸エチルエステル)
1Lの三口フラスコに、67.7g(0.158mol)のN−[2−(4−オキソ−4H−3,1−ベンゾオキサジン−2−イル)フェニル]−2−ナフタレンスルホンアミド)および200gのエタノールを投入した。攪拌しながら、0.33gの水酸化ナトリウム(0.0083mol、用いた原料物質の5.2%に相当)を添加した。15分後、反応混合物を5時間還流まで加熱した。反応の完了は、薄層クロマトグラフィでモニタリングした。5時間後、中間混合物を20℃まで冷却し、20分以内に4.5gの10%塩酸溶液(0.012mol)を滴下した。析出物は、非常に小さい白色結晶から成っており、これを室温で1時間攪拌し、次に吸引ろ過し、まず150mLのエタノールで、続いて300mLの水で洗浄し、循環エアーオーブン中85℃にて乾燥した。
