Description
粗密構造の場合、型で圧縮し、しわがよる部分を疎にしておけば成形後、しわのない製品が出来る。
[空隙率(%)]=(1−[嵩密度]/[樹脂の密度])×100
(1)構造体2を型3で圧縮する圧縮工程
(2)構造体2を熱媒により熱軟化する熱軟化工程
(3)構造体2を冷媒で直接に強制冷却し組織を硬化させる硬化工程
(4)構造体2を型3から離型させる離型工程。
(1)構造体2を熱媒により熱軟化する熱軟化工程
(2)構造体2を型3で圧縮する圧縮工程
(3)構造体2を冷媒で直接に強制冷却し組織を硬化させる硬化工程
(4)構造体2を型3から離型させる離型工程
すなわち、実施形態1の圧縮工程と熱軟化工程の実施順序を逆にしたものである。
(1)構造体2を型3で圧縮しつつ、構造体2を熱媒により熱軟化する熱軟化圧縮工程
(2)構造体2を冷媒で直接に強制冷却し組織を硬化させる硬化工程
(3)構造体2を型3から離型させる離型工程
この実施形態3は実施形態1と2の圧縮工程と熱軟化工程とを同時に実施するものである。
まず、構造体2について説明する。詳細は特許文献1または2を参照されたい。本実施形態で使用する構造体2は、上記混合物を原料とする連続線条がランダムに絡合集合して成る空隙を備える立体構造体であり、この線条は、複数のループを形成している。中実でも中空線状でもいずれでも適用できる。

Claims (2)
- ループ状にランダムに絡まり合い部分的に熱溶着する連続線条から構成されるスプリング構造のクッションの成形方法であって、
立体網状構造体を型で圧縮する圧縮工程と、
2面、3面又は4面以上の表面が成形された立体網状構造体を熱媒により熱軟化する熱軟化工程と、
前記立体網状構造体を冷媒で強制冷却又は自然冷却し組織を硬化させる硬化工程と、
前記立体網状構造体を型から離型させる離型工程と、を備え、
付加的工程として、前記圧縮された部分をさらに圧縮成形する工程を備え、該さらに圧縮された部分が前記立体網状構造体の端部を形成し、該端部が物品への留め部分を形成することを特徴とするクッションの成形方法。 - ループ状にランダムに絡まり合い部分的に熱溶着する連続線条から構成されるスプリング構造のクッションの成形方法であって、

前記立体網状構造体を型から離型させる離型工程と、を備え、
付加的工程として、前記圧縮された部分をさらに圧縮成形する工程を備え、該さらに圧縮された部分が前記立体網状構造体の端部を形成し、該端部が物品への留め部分を形成することを特徴とするクッションの成形方法。
