Description
1.炭化水素供給原料を、改質用触媒を熱媒体と間接的な熱伝導関係で含有する複数の触媒管を備える熱交換改質装置での改質工程に通し、そして、該熱交換改質装置から合成ガスを改質炭化水素流の状態で取り出すことを含む、炭化水素供給原料から合成ガスを生成するための方法であって、該方法が該熱交換改質装置に冷却用媒体を添加することをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。

・触媒が二重管の内側に配置された二重管式反応器、
・触媒が二重管の外側に配置された二重管式反応器、

Claims (9)
- 炭化水素供給原料からの合成ガスの生成方法を実施するための装置(100)であって、外側シェル(101);垂直に配置された複数の触媒管(102)であって該触媒管(102)の一部を満たす改質用触媒(103)を含有するもの;触媒管支持構造体(104);該触媒管(102)を熱交換媒体(10)で間接的に加熱するための手段(105);該熱交換媒体(10)を導入するための入口導管(106);該触媒(103)に熱を供給した後に該熱交換媒体を取り出すための出口導管(107);炭化水素供給原料(11)を導入するための入口導管(108)であって、該触媒管(102)内に配置された触媒(103)と流体連通したもの;合成ガス(12)を該触媒管(102)に通した後に取り出すための出口導管(109);冷却用媒体(13)を導入するための入口導管(110)であって、該冷却用媒体(13)が該触媒管構造体(104)と熱伝導関係にあり、かつ、該触媒管(102)内に配置された触媒(103)と流体連通したものを備え、
前記熱交換改質装置は、触媒が二重管の内側に配置された二重管式反応器であり、前記冷却用媒体(13)は、各触媒管(102)に、該触媒管(102)の上部(102a)の全長に沿って設けられた管開口部(102b)を介して入り、かつ、該触媒管(102)の頂部から入る前記炭化水素供給原料(11)と混合され、しかも、手段102cがこの触媒管(102)の上部(102a)に沿って延在し、かつ、該触媒管(102)の全長に沿って、該冷却用媒体13を通すためのスペース102dを創り出しており、
これにより、該管支持構造体の温度を有意に400〜450℃まで低下させることができる、装置(100)。 - 次の反応器:
・バイオネット管型反応器、
・管形熱交換器、
・触媒が二重管の内側に配置された二重管式反応器、
・触媒が二重管の外側に配置された二重管式反応器、
・触媒が二重管の内側及び外側に配置された二重管式反応器
から選択される熱交換改質装置の形の請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記熱交換改質装置がバッフル(105a)を有する管形熱交換器であり、前記触媒が前記管(102)内部に配置され、前記冷却用媒体(13)が、各触媒管(102)に、該触媒管(102)の上部(102a)の全長に沿って設けられた管開口部(102b)を介して入り、かつ、該触媒管(102)の頂部から入る前記炭化水素供給原料(11)と混合され、しかも、手段102cがこの触媒管(102)の上部(102a)に沿って延在し、かつ、該触媒管(102)の全長に沿って、該冷却用媒体13を通すためのスペース102dを創り出している、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(100)。
- 炭化水素供給原料を、改質用触媒を熱媒体との間接的な熱伝導関係で含有する複数の触媒管を備える熱交換改質装置での改質工程に通し、そして、該熱交換改質装置から合成ガスを改質炭化水素流の状態で取り出すことを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置で炭化水素供給原料から合成ガスを生成するための方法であって、該方法が該熱交換改質装置に冷却用媒体を添加することをさらに含み、ここで、前記方法が、前記熱交換改質装置内の前記冷却用媒体と、該熱交換改質装置に入る前記炭化水素供給原料とを混合させることをさらに含み、そして、前記冷却用媒体が前記触媒管内で炭化水素混合物と接触する方法。
- 前記冷却用媒体を前記熱交換改質装置の管支持構造体に直接添加することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却用媒体が蒸気である、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換改質装置からの合成ガスを、触媒の固定床が設けられた自己熱改質段階(ART)又は部分酸化段階(POx)に通し、少なくとも一部分が熱交換改質装置において熱媒体として使用される合成ガスの熱排出流を取り出し、そして該熱交換改質装置から冷却合成ガスの最終流を取り出すことをさらに含む、請求項4〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記合成ガスの熱排出流を、アンモニア合成ガス、メタノール合成ガス、DME合成ガス、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成による炭化水素の生成用の合成ガス又は水素に転化させることをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置の、タール、アンモニア及びメタンを転化させるためのガス化装置からのろ過ガスから合成ガスを生成するための使用。
