Claims (7)
- 2つのベベルと該2つのベベル間でトルクを伝える摩擦リングとを含み、該両方のベベルは軸受によってそれぞれシャシに取付けられる摩擦式ベベルリングギアであって、該2つのベベルの少なくとも1つが両側上に軸受を有し、該2つの軸受の第1の軸受が該ベベルと関連して封止されて、該2つの軸受の第2の軸受が該ベベルと関連して開いていることにおいて特徴付けられる、摩擦式ベベルリングギアであって、
トラクション油及び該ベベルと関連して開いている第2の軸受の潤滑油としてナフテンを使用し、開いている第2の軸受側のシールが、接触の少ない方法で該ベベルのベアリングピンを取り囲むことにより、第2の軸受にテーパをつけない流体室を形成し、前記流体室の軸方向の長さは第2の軸受の領域における前記シャシの壁厚より小さいことによって特徴付けられる摩擦式ベベルリングギア。 - 前記少なくとも1つのベベルが、例えばアウトプットシャフト・ピンまたはドライブシャフト・ピンのような1つのみの連結側に回転式連結を有し、該連結側に配置される前記軸受が封止されることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1記載の摩擦式ベベルリングギア。
- 両方のベベルが各々の場合両側上に軸受を有し、各々の場合に前記2つの軸受の第1の軸受は前記それぞれのベベルと関連して封止され、該2つの軸受の第2の軸受は該それぞれのベベルと関連して開いていることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1または2記載の摩擦式ベベルリングギア。
- 前記摩擦式ベベルリングギアが2つの側を有し、前記2つの開放軸受は同じ側に配置されることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項3記載の摩擦式ベベルリングギア。
- 前記摩擦式ベベルリングギアがエンジン・ブロックに固定され、前記開放軸受は該エンジン・ブロックから離れた前記側に配置されることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項4記載の摩擦式ベベルリングギア。
- 前記摩擦式ベベルリングギアが、オーバドライブ側、すなわち高速ギアを有する側を有し、前記開放軸受は該オーバドライブ側に配置されることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項4または5記載の摩擦式ベベルリングギア。
- 前記ベベルと関連して開いている前記軸受が該ベベルから離れたその側上に封止されることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1〜6の一項に記載の摩擦式ベベルリングギア。
