また、本発明の一態様の内視鏡は、上記湾曲角度調整機構を有している。
Claims (8)
- 湾曲可能な湾曲部に接続される長尺部材の走行路に沿って配置され、ねじ部が形成される棒部材と、
前記ねじ部に係合して前記棒部材の所定の位置に配置され、前記長尺部材の移動を規制する調整片と、
前記棒部材に沿うように設けられ、前記棒部材の軸方向における前記調整片の移動を案内するガイド部材と、
前記棒部材の端部に設けられ、前記棒部材を回転させるための頭部と、
前記棒部材の両端に設けられ、前記棒部材を回転可能に支持する支持部材と、
前記ガイド部材において、前記頭部の外周縁部の下縁位置より高く突出して設けられ、前記棒部材を前記支持部材に対して前記棒部材の軸方向に沿って挿入するときに前記頭部が乗り越え得るように弾性を有して形成され、前記支持部材に支持された前記棒部材の前記頭部を回転可能な状態で維持しつつ、前記棒部材が前記支持部材から脱落するのを防止する凸状部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内視鏡の湾曲角度調整機構。 - 前記凸状部は、前記棒部材の軸方向に沿って形成された斜面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡の湾曲角度調整機構。
- 前記凸状部は、前記棒部材の前記頭部に対向する位置に形成され、前記ガイド部材の軸方向に略直交する平面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡の湾曲角度調整機構。
- 前記ガイド部材は、前記棒部材に沿って設けられ、前記棒部材の軸方向における前記調整片の移動を案内し、前記調整片の軸回りの回転を規制するガイド部材をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡の湾曲角度調整機構。
- 前記凸状部は、前記ガイド部材における前記支持部材に支持された前記棒部材の前記頭部の近傍に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡の湾曲角度調整機構。
- 前記凸状部は、弾性変形可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡の湾曲角度調整機構。
- 前記棒部材の前記頭部に係合され、前記棒部材の軸回りの回転を規制する回転止め部材をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡の湾曲角度調整機構。
- 請求項1に記載の湾曲角度調整機構を有することを特徴とする内視鏡。
