Description
ここで、aは近似直線の傾き、Tは温度、Xは負荷、Yは過給機バイパス率である。f(T)は、近似直線の補正項であり、温度に応じた近似直線の横軸方向の平行移動量を傾きaを加味して考慮したものとなっている。上記式(1)に従えば、負荷X及び温度Tが決まると、廃熱による蒸気ターボ発電機4の発生可能電力を目標発生電力に維持するために必要な過給機バイパス率Yを導き出すことができる。傾きaは負の値であるので、負荷が低いほど、過給機バイパス率Yは大きくなる。また、温度Tが低いほど、過給機バイパス率Yは大きくなる。ただし、過給機バイパス率Yは、ゼロ未満の値をとり得ず、また、オリフィス49により規定される最大値MAXよりも大きい値をとり得ない。そこでコントローラ50は、過給機バイパス率Yの算出値に応じて、排気バイパス弁48、ダンパ8,9及び補助ボイラ24aを下記のとおり制御する。

Claims (6)
- 過給機付き主機の排気熱を利用して蒸気を生成する廃熱回収系と、
前記廃熱回収系において生成された蒸気により駆動される発電機と、
前記主機の給気又は排気の温度を検出するための温度検出手段と、
前記主機の負荷を検出するための負荷検出手段と、
前記主機からの排気が流れる排気通路と、
前記排気通路に接続され、前記過給機を迂回して排気が流れるバイパス通路と、
前記バイパス通路を流れる排気の流量と前記過給機に送られる排気の流量とを調整するための流量調整手段と、
前記温度検出手段により検出される温度及び前記負荷検出手段により検出される負荷に応じて、廃熱による前記発電機の発生可能電力が船内需用電力以上となるよう、前記流量調整手段を制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記流量調整手段は、前記バイパス通路上に開度可変に設けられた排気バイパス弁を有し、
前記制御手段は、温度及び負荷と、廃熱による前記発電機の発生可能電力が船内需用電力以上となるために必要な排気熱を前記廃熱回収系に供給しうる前記排気バイパス弁の開度との関係を規定した制御規則を予め記憶している記憶部を有し、前記制御規則は、温度が低いほどまたは負荷が低いほど前記排気バイパス弁の開度が大きくなるように、温度及び負荷と前記開度との関係を規定し、
前記制御手段は、前記制御規則に従って、温度及び負荷に応じて廃熱による前記発電機の発生可能電力が船内需用電力以上となるよう前記排気バイパス弁の開度を制御する、舶用発電システム。 - 前記温度検出手段は、前記過給機に供給される給気の温度、前記過給機から前記主機に供給される給気の温度、前記主機から前記過給機に供給される排気の温度、又は、前記廃熱回収系の入口における排気の温度を検出する、請求項1に記載の舶用発電システム。
- 前記負荷検出手段は、前記主機の出力軸及びそれに連れて回転する回転軸を含む軸動力系の回転数、前記過給機の回転数、前記主機への燃料噴射量、又は、前記主機からの排気の流量を検出する、請求項1に記載の舶用発電システム。
- 前記制御規則において、常用出力よりも低負荷域における負荷と、前記排気バイパス弁の開度との関係が規定されている、請求項1に記載の舶用発電システム。
- 前記過給機付き主機が、第1主機及び第2主機で構成され、前記流量調整手段が前記第1主機及び前記第2主機それぞれに対応して設けられた、第1流量調整手段及び第2流量調整手段で構成され、
前記制御手段は、前記第1主機の排気熱を利用して得られる発生可能電力が前記船内需用電力の半分となり、前記第2主機の排気熱を利用して得られる発生可能電力が前記船内需用電力の半分となるように、前記第1流量調整手段及び前記第2流量調整手段を制御する、請求項1に記載の舶用発電システム。 - 前記制御手段は、前記第1主機の排気熱を利用して得られる発生可能電力が前記船内需用電力の半分に満たないときに、前記第2主機の排気熱を利用して得られる発生可能電力を前記船内需用電力の半分の値から増大補正するように、前記第2流量調整手段を制御する、請求項5に記載の舶用発電システム。
