Description
Claims (11)
- 液体通路を有する細長い管状部材であって、前記液体通路は、下流方向に内向きにテーパを付けた径で前記液体通路の長手軸に沿って延びる前記管状部材と、
フラット液体噴射パターンを放出しかつ方向付けるため前記液体通路の前記長手軸に横向きの細長い排出オリフィスを有する前記管状部材の下流端の噴射先端と、
前記噴射先端の上流の前記管状部材の液体通路の上流端と連通する入口と、
前記入口と噴射先端との中間にある多段ベーン部と
を備え、
前記多段ベーン部が、上流ベーンおよび下流ベーンを含む複数のベーンを含み、
前記ベーンが各々、前記入口と前記管状部材の液体通路との間を連通する複数の長手方向に延び周方向に離間した液体整流層流通路を画成する、複数の放射状ベーン要素を有し、
前記下流ベーンの前記放射状ベーン要素は、形状が同一であり、前記下流ベーンの放射状ベーン要素が前記上流ベーンの前記放射状ベーン要素に対して周方向に偏位するように取り付けられ、層流の液体フローストリームは、実質的圧力損失を生じることなく多段方向転換及び整流を受け、噴射される表面に対する高圧衝撃を高める為に実質的に均一な液体分布を持つ均一な幅の細線フラット噴射パターンを前記排出オリフィスから排出させる、耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。 - 前記下流ベーンの放射状ベーン要素が、軸方向に見たときに、前記上流ベーンの放射状ベーン要素の対に対して略中心配置関係に配向されるように、前記ベーンが相互に周方向に偏位して取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記ベーン間に所定の軸長の遷移通路を画成するように、前記ベーンが相互に対して軸方向に離間して取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記遷移通路が前記個々のベーンのいずれかの軸方向長さの2分の1以下の軸方向長さを有する、請求項3に記載の耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記ベーンの各々が4個から6個の間の放射状ベーン要素を有する、請求項1に記載の耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記遷移通路が、前記上流ベーンの上流端と前記下流ベーンの下流端との間の軸方向距離の4分の1以下の軸長を有する、請求項3に記載の耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記細長い管状部材の通路の長手軸に対して平行関係にストレーナの周囲に配置された複数の長手方向開口が形成されたストレーナによって、前記入口が画成される、請求項1に記載の耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記ベーンの少なくとも1つが、隣合う前記ベーン間の軸方向の間隔を自動的に定めるために軸方向に延びる部材を有する、請求項3に記載の耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記多段ベーン部が1対の前記ベーンを含み、前記ベーンの相互に対する長手方向の間隔および周方向の配向を自動的に定めるために、前記ベーンの各々が軸方向に延びる整列および離間部材を有する、請求項3に記載の耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記ベーンの相互に対する周方向の配向を定めるために、前記整列および離間部材が各々、軸平面内に整列面を有する、請求項9に記載の耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記整列および離間部材の各々に、それぞれの位置決めキーおよび凹部が形成され、前記整列および離間部材のキーが他の前記部材の凹部内に受容される、請求項9に記載の耐衝撃性液体噴射ノズルアセンブリ。
