Claims (13)
- 物体をイメージ化するX線デバイスであって、
X線放出器装置と、
X線検出器装置と、
を含み、前記X線放出器装置は、物体を通り前記X線検出器装置に至るX線ビームを放出するように形成され、
前記X線ビームは、少なくとも部分的に、空間的にコヒーレントであり、
前記X線ビームは、扇形であり、
前記X線検出器装置は、位相格子及び吸収格子を含み、
前記X線検出器装置は、X線を検出するディテクタを含み、
X線の前記ディテクタは、エリアディテクタであり、
前記X線デバイスは、検出されたX線からイメージデータを生成し、かつ、X線の前記イメージデータから位相情報を抽出するように形成され、前記位相情報は、前記物体に起因するX線の位相シフトに関連し、
前記物体は、X線の前記ディテクタの検出領域よりも大きい関心領域を有し、前記X線デバイスは、前記物体及び前記X線検出器装置を、互いに対して相対的に、移動させることによって、前記関心領域のイメージデータを生成するように形成され、
前記X線デバイスは、前記物体、前記X線放出器装置及び/又は前記X線検出器装置が互いに対して相対的に移動する場合に、前記位相格子、前記吸収格子及び線源格子のうち少なくとも1つの格子が前記物体に対して固定されたままであるように、前記少なくとも1つの格子を動かすように形成されている、X線デバイス。 - 前記X線放出器装置は、扇形で少なくとも部分的に空間的にコヒーレントな前記X線ビームを作り出すように形成されたX線エミッタ列を有するX線源を含み、
前記X線エミッタ列は、カーボンナノチューブを有するカソードを含む、
請求項1に記載のX線デバイス。 - 前記X線デバイスは、前記物体及び前記X線検出器装置を、扇形の前記X線ビームに垂直な軸方向で、互いに対して相対的に移動させるように形成されている、
請求項1又は2に記載のX線デバイス。 - 前記物体を、前記X線放出器装置及び前記X線検出器装置に対して移動させるアクチュエータ、及び/又は
前記X線検出器装置を、前記物体に対して移動させるアクチュエータ、及び/又は
前記X線放出器装置及び/又は前記X線検出器装置を、前記物体の周りに移動させるアクチュエータ
を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のX線デバイス。 - 前記X線放出器装置は、切替可能なエミッタ列を有するX線源を含み、
前記X線放出器装置は、前記の移動の方向において、前記X線検出器装置よりも大きく、
前記X線デバイスは、前記X線検出器装置の向かい側の前記エミッタ列だけが、オンに切替えられるように、前記エミッタ列を切替えるように形成されている、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のX線デバイス。 - 前記X線デバイスは、第1のスキャンステップの間、前記X線検出器装置においてX線のX線強度を分析するよう形成される、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のX線デバイス。 - 前記X線デバイスは、前記第1のスキャンステップの分析された前記X線強度に基づいて、第2のスキャンステップに関して、前記X線放出器装置によって発せられるX線の強度を設定するよう形成される、
請求項6に記載のX線デバイス。 - 前記X線デバイスは、前記第1のスキャンステップの分析された前記X線強度に基づいて、第2のステップのスキャン速度を設定するよう形成される、
請求項6又は7に記載のX線デバイス。 - X線デバイスが実行する方法であって、
扇形で少なくとも部分的に空間的にコヒーレントなX線ビームをX線放出器装置により発生するステップであって、前記X線ビームは、物体、位相格子及び吸収格子を通って、X線検出器装置のX線エリアディテクタに至る、ステップと、
前記X線エリアディテクタによって検出されたX線から、イメージデータを生成するステップと、
前記物体に起因するX線の位相シフトに関連する位相情報を、前記イメージデータから抽出するステップと、
前記物体及び前記X線検出器装置を、互いに対して相対的に移動させるステップであって、前記物体、前記X線放出器装置及び/又は前記X線検出器装置が互いに対して相対的に移動する場合に、前記位相格子、前記吸収格子及び線源格子のうち少なくとも1つの格子が前記物体に対して固定されたままであるように、前記少なくとも1つの格子を動かす、ステップと、
前記物体の関心領域のイメージデータを生成するステップであって、前記関心領域は、前記X線エリアディテクタの検出領域よりも大きい、ステップと
を含む方法。 - カーボンナノチューブを有するカソードを含むX線エミッタ列を有するX線源により、前記扇形で少なくとも部分的に空間的にコヒーレントなX線ビームを生成するステップを含む、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 第1のスキャンステップの間、前記X線検出器装置で、X線のX線強度を分析するステップ、
前記第1のスキャンステップの分析された前記X線強度に基づいて、第2のスキャンステップに関して、前記X線放出器装置によって発せられるX線の強度を設定するステップ、及び/又は
前記第1のスキャンステップの分析された前記X線強度に基づいて、第2のスキャンステップのスキャン速度を設定するステップ
を含む、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。 - X線デバイスを制御するコンピュータプログラムが格納された記憶媒体であって、前記コンピュータプログラムは、請求項9乃至11のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法をプロセッサに実行させる、記憶媒体。
- 請求項9乃至11のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法をプロセッサに実行させるコンピュータプログラム。
