車両に取り付けられて用いられ、表面の溝が浅くなった廃タイヤを用意した。
実施例1において、微生物触媒を、金属触媒に変更することで、C1ガスに含まれる炭素成分のうちの約80%をエタノールとした。さらに、エタノールを高温下で2量化反応することにより、リサイクルタイヤ材料を得た。リサイクルタイヤ材料はブタジエンであり、C1ガスに含まれる一酸化炭素成分のうちの約80%の炭素成分がブタジエンに転化したリサイクルタイヤ材料が得られた。
実施例1において、微生物触媒を、微生物に1,4−ブタンジオール合成酵素をコードする核酸を導入した微生物触媒に変更することで、C1ガスに含まれる炭素成分のうちの約70%を1,4−ブタンジオールとした。さらに、1,4−ブタンジオールを高温下で脱水反応することにより、リサイクルタイヤ材料を得た。リサイクルタイヤ材料はブタジエンであり、C1ガスに含まれる一酸化炭素成分のうちの約80%の炭素成分がブタジエンに転化したリサイクルタイヤ材料が得られた。
Claims (3)
- タイヤをガス化処理して、前記タイヤからC1ガスを含むガスを発生させる工程と、
前記C1ガスを含むガスを用いて、イソプレン、ブタジエン及びこれらの重合体からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種を含むリサイクルタイヤ材料を得る工程と、
前記リサイクルタイヤ材料を用いて、タイヤを得る工程とを備える、タイヤの製造方法。 - 前記ガス化処理に用いる前記タイヤが廃タイヤである、請求項1に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記C1ガスを含むガスが、COXガス及び水素ガスを含み、COXガスにおけるxが1≦x≦2である、請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
