Abstract

本发明提供一种可以有效地从轮胎中得到再循环材料的再循环材料的制造方法。本发明的再循环材料的制造方法包括:对轮胎进行气化处理,由上述轮胎产生含有C1气体的气体的工序;使用含有上述C1气体的气体得到含有选自异戊二烯、丁二烯、丁二醇化合物、丁醇化合物、丁烯醛化合物、琥珀酸及它们的聚合物中的至少一种的再循环材料的工序。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种从轮胎中得到再循环材料的再循环材料的制造方法。另外,本发明涉及一种使用了上述再循环材料的轮胎及轮胎的制造方法。另外,本发明涉及一种轮胎的制造方法。
背景技术
在乘用车等车辆中,以进入空气的状态使用由橡胶构成且表面具有沟的轮胎。长期间使用用于车辆的轮胎时,表面的沟变浅,需要更换轮胎。通过交换,产生已使用的废轮胎。
已使用的废轮胎大多被废弃。因此,存在环境的负荷大的问题。另外,在将废轮胎废弃时,需要废弃费用,必须与一般的垃圾区别并用特定的方法废弃。即,在废轮胎的废弃中需要费用及劳力。为了减少费用及劳力,有时废轮胎被非法丢弃,废轮胎的非法丢弃成为大的问题。
另一方面,正在研究对废轮胎进行再循环使用。目前,作为对废轮胎进行再循环的方法,可使用削掉形成有轮胎表面的沟的部分,将新的橡胶部件贴附在露出的表面,使够再形成于表面的方法。这种方法例如在下述的专利文献1中被公开。

发明所要解决的问题
在专利文献1中所记载的现有的废轮胎的再循环方法中,将橡胶部件贴附在废轮胎的表面,因此,有时橡胶部件的密合性成为问题。另外,在现有的废轮胎的再循环方法中,通过轮胎的长时间使用,轮胎的表面以外的部分发生橡胶部件的劣化,因此,在再循环利用次数上存在界限。并且,在废轮胎的表面已经被大量削去的情况下,有时不能对废轮胎进行再循环,有时不能有效地对废轮胎进行再循环。
即,在现有的废轮胎的再循环方法中,存在不能充分且有效地对废轮胎进行再循环及再使用的问题。
本发明的主要的目的在于,提供一种可以从轮胎有效地得到再循环材料的再循环材料的制造方法、以及使用了得到的再循环材料的轮胎及轮胎的制造方法。另外,本发明的主要的目的在于,提供一种可以有效地得到轮胎的轮胎制造方法。
另外,本发明的限定的目的在于,提供一种可以将废轮胎作为资源有效利用并减少环境负荷的再循环材料的制造方法、轮胎及轮胎的制造方法。
用于解决问题的技术方案
根据本发明的宽泛方面,提供一种再循环材料的制造方法,其包括:
对轮胎进行气化处理,由所述轮胎产生气体的工序,所述气体含有C1气体;
使用含有所述C1气体的气体得到再循环材料的工序,所述再循环材料含有选自异戊二烯、丁二烯、丁二醇化合物、丁醇化合物、丁烯醛化合物、琥珀酸及它们的聚合物中的至少一种。
在本发明的再循环材料的制造方法的某种特定方面,用于所述气体化处理的所述轮胎为废轮胎。
在本发明的再循环材料的制造方法的某种特定方面,所述含有C1气体的气体含有COX气体(1≤x≤2)及氢气。
在本发明的再循环材料的制造方法的某种特定方面,所述再循环材料含有选自异戊二烯、丁二烯及它们的聚合物中的至少一种。
根据本发明的宽泛方面,提供一种轮胎,其使用通过上述的再循环材料的制造方法得到的再循环材料而得到。
根据本发明的宽泛方面,提供一种轮胎的制造方法,其包括:使用通过上述再循环材料的制造方法得到的再循环材料而获得轮胎的工序。
根据本发明的宽泛方面,提供一种轮胎的制造方法,具备:使用含有C1气体的气体得到轮胎材料的工序,所述轮胎材料含有选自异戊二烯、丁二烯、丁二醇化合物、丁醇化合物、丁烯醛化合物、琥珀酸及它们的聚合物中的至少一种;使用所述轮胎材料得到轮胎的工序。

Claims (3)

1.一种轮胎的制造方法,其包括:
对轮胎进行气化处理,由所述轮胎产生气体的工序,所述气体含有C1气体;
使用含有所述C1气体的气体得到再循环轮胎材料的工序,所述再循环轮胎材料含有选自异戊二烯、丁二烯、丁二醇化合物、丁醇化合物、丁烯醛化合物、琥珀酸及它们的聚合物中的至少一种;
使用所述再循环轮胎材料得到轮胎的工序。
2.如权利要求1所述的轮胎的制造方法,其中,
用于所述气化处理的所述轮胎为废轮胎。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的轮胎的制造方法,其中,
含有所述C1气体的气体含有COX气体及氢气,且COX气体中的x为1≤x≤2。
