〔第1実施形態〕
次に、本発明の第2実施形態にかかる自動変速機について説明する。なお、第2実施形態の説明及び対応する図面においては、第1実施形態と同一又は相当する構成部分には同一の符号を付し、以下ではその部分の詳細な説明は省略する。また、以下で説明する事項以外の事項、及び図示する以外の事項については、第1実施形態と同じである。

Claims (4)
- 車両の駆動源からの駆動力が入力される入力軸と、
サンギア、キャリア、リングギアからなる回転要素を備えた複数の遊星歯車機構と、
前記遊星歯車機構の前記回転要素同士を係脱自在に連結するか又は前記回転要素を固定側の部材に係脱自在に固定する複数の係合機構と、を備え、
前記複数の係合機構の係合組み合わせによって変速比の異なる複数の変速段を確立させ、該変速段の変速比で前記駆動源からの駆動力を出力軸へ出力する自動変速機と、
前記車両の走行状態を検出する走行状態検出手段と、
前記走行状態検出手段で検出された車両の走行状態に応じて前記複数の変速段のいずれかを設定する制御手段と、を備える自動変速機の制御装置であって、
前記複数の変速段のうち少なくともいずれかの変速段は、当該変速段を確立する際に係合させる複数の係合機構として、当該変速段の変速比を得るために係合が必要な一又は複数の係合機構と、当該変速段を確立した状態でさらに係合してもその変速比に変化が生じない一又は複数の係合機構とが含まれた特定変速段であり、
前記変速比に変化が生じない係合機構が係合している状態は、前記変速比に変化が生じない係合機構を解放している状態よりも、少なくともいずれかの前記係合機構が有する摩擦部材間の差回転数が相対的に高い状態であり、
前記特定変速段への他の変速段からの変速動作を開始してから完了するまでの間は、前記特定変速段を確立するために係合が必要な係合機構と、前記変速比に変化が生じない係合機構との両方を係合させる一方、
前記特定変速段への変速動作が完了した後は、前記変速比に変化が生じない係合機構の係合を解放する
ことを特徴とする自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記車両の走行状態に応じて、前記特定変速段から他の変速段への変速が必要と判断したときに、前記特定変速段の変速比に変化が生じない係合機構のうち変速先の変速段を確立するために必要な係合機構の係合を行い、
前記変速先の変速段を確立するために必要な係合機構の係合が完了した後に、前記特定変速段を確立するために係合が必要な係合機構の1つと変速先の変速段を確立するために必要な他の係合機構とを持ち替える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記特定変速段の変速比に変化が生じない係合機構のうち変速先の変速段を確立するために必要な係合機構には、複数の係合機構が含まれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記特定変速段の変速比に変化が生じない係合機構のうち変速先の変速段を確立するために必要な係合機構には、
前記特定変速段から高速側又は低速側に1速段及び2速段離れた変速段を確立するために係合が必要な係合機構と、
前記特定変速段から高速側又は低速側に3速段離れた変速段を確立するために係合が必要な他の係合機構と、が含まれる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。
