Claims (9)
- マイクロソレノイド型の電気的に制御可能なマイクロアクチュエータ(MS)を有する二重接触電磁コンタクタ(10)と、電子制御装置(ECC)とを結合したものを備え、
前記二重接触電磁コンタクタ(10)は、さらに、プランジャコア(100)と、引き込み巻線(La)と、保持巻線(Lm)と、可動接触板(CM)と、第1、第2および第3接点(PC+,PC1,PC2)とを備え、前記各接点間で電気的接触のない第1状態(0V)と、前記第1および前記第2接点間で電気的接触を有する第2状態(1CF)と、前記第1、前記第2および前記第3接点間で電気的接触を有する第3状態(2CF)との3つの動作状態を有し、
前記マイクロアクチュエータ(MS)は、印加される電流に從い、前記二重接触電磁コンタクタの前記第2状態(1CF)と前記第3状態(2CF)との間の切り替えを許可または禁止し、
前記電子制御装置(ECC)が、前記二重接触電磁コンタクタ(10)の引き込み巻線(La)の励磁を制御する第1トランジスタ切り替え手段(T1、T2、CZ2、RC1、RC3、SL)と、前記マイクロアクチュエータの励磁を制御する第2トランジスタ切り替え手段(T3、CZ1、RC2)とを備えることを特徴とする熱機関のためのスタータ。 - 前記第2トランジスタ切り替え手段(T3、CZ1、RC2)は、前記電子制御装置(ECC)が駆動された後、第1所定期間(t2−t0)、前記マイクロアクチュエータ(MS)の励磁を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載のスタータ。
- 前記第2トランジスタ切り替え手段は、少なくともMOSFET型トランジスタを1つ備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のスタータ。
- 前記第2トランジスタ切り替え手段は、前記第1所定期間(t2−t0)の時定数を有する第1RC回路(RC2)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスタータ。
- 前記時定数を有する前記第1RC回路(RC2)は、微分型の回路であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のスタータ。
- 前記第2トランジスタ切り替え手段は、第1安定電圧(U1)を前記第2トランジスタ切り替え手段に供給する第1電圧安定回路(CZ1)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のスタータ。
- 前記第1トランジスタ切り替え手段は、少なくともMOSFET型トランジスタ(T1、T2)を1つ備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のスタータ。
- 前記第1トランジスタ切り替え手段は、積分型の時定数を有する第2および第3RC回路(RC1、RC3)を備え、前記第2RC回路(RC1)が、前記第1トランジスタ切り替え手段の始動動作(t1)を切り替え制御し、前記第3RC回路(RC3)が、前記第1トランジスタ切り替え手段の終了動作(t3)を切り替え制御し、前記第1トランジスタ切り替え手段の動作が、前記引き込み巻線(La)を励磁することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のスタータ。
- 前記第1所定期間(t2−t0)は、前記第1トランジスタ切り替え手段による始動動作(t1)の切り替えと、終了動作(t3)の切り替えとの間で完了(t2)することを特徴とする請求項4記載のスタータ。
