Claims (8)
- 2つの通電可能な係留対象部材にそれぞれ固定される固定部材と、前記固定部材同士を連結する金属製の連結部材とを有する係留装置であって、
前記固定部材の少なくとも一方は、前記係留対象部材に固定される金属製の固定体と、前記固定体と前記連結部材とを非接触に接続する非通電材料製の接続体とを有する非通電固定部材であり、
前記固定体は、
貫通孔が形成された固定部と、
前記固定部から前記連結部材側に向かって延びる延出部と、
前記延出部の前記連結部材側の端部から、前記延出部の延びる方向に対して垂直な方向に直線状に延びる第1の支持部と、
前記延出部の前記連結部材側の端部から、前記第1の支持部の延びる方向と逆方向に直線状に延びる第2の支持部と、
前記第1の支持部の端部から前記延出部の延びる方向と同一方向に向かって延びる第1の側肢部と、
前記第2の支持部の端部から前記延出部の延びる方向と同一方向に向かって前記第1の側肢部と非接触に延びる第2の側肢部とを有し、
前記第1の側支部と前記第2の側支部とは、前記延出部が延びる方向の軸を挟んで対向する位置に設けられ、
前記連結部材は、前記接続体と嵌合する嵌合部を有する金属製の端末体を前記非固定部材側の端部に有し、
前記接続体は、前記両支持部と、前記両側肢部と、前記端末体の嵌合部とを覆うように設けられ、
前記端末体は、少なくとも前記固定体側の端部が、前記延出部が延びる方向において前記両側肢部と重なり、かつ、前記両側肢部同士の間に前記接続体を構成する樹脂材料を介して挟まれる位置に配置されて、前記固定体に前記延出部の延びる方向を軸とした捻転力が加わった場合の捻転力を前記両側肢部に分散するよう前記接続体と嵌合する係留装置。 - 前記接続体を前記延出部が延びる方向と垂直方向から見た場合において、前記端末体が前記両側肢部と重ならない部分を有する請求項1に記載の係留装置。
- 前記固定体の形状は平板状である請求項1または請求項2に記載の係留装置。
- 前記端末体の嵌合部は凹部である請求項1〜請求項3の何れかに記載の係留装置。
- 前記端末体と前記側肢部とは、所定の間隔を有して離間し、
前記接続体は、前記凹部に入り込んで嵌合する入り込み部を有し、
前記所定の間隔は、前記側肢部が前記入り込み部を支持可能な距離で離間している請求項4に記載の係留装置。 - 前記端末体の形状は円柱状である請求項1〜請求項5の何れかに記載の係留装置。
- 前記非通電接続体は、前記端末体と前記固定体とを位置させた成形型内に硬化前の樹脂材料を注入し、その後、硬化させることにより成形されたものである請求項1〜請求項6の何れかに記載の係留装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項7の何れかに記載の係留装置を備え、
前記係留装置が係留する係留対象部材が、車両のステアリング操作機構と、パワーステアリング機構とであるステアリング係留機構。
