Claims (13)
- 曲げ加工後に冷却を伴う開口部を備える曲面ガラス板の製造方法であって、少なくとも冷却の開始時に、最終スケルトンとして知られているスケルトンによってガラス板の周囲と開口部の周囲とが支持され、
前記スケルトンは、その縁部面の1つが上方に面してガラスを支持する金属細長片であり、
曲げ加工が、少なくとも部分的には、ガラス板の周囲および開口部の周囲を支持する曲げスケルトンにかかる重力下で行われ、
開口部の周囲を支持する曲げスケルトンの部分は、曲げ加工時にその凹面が大きくなり、
開口部の周囲を支持する曲げスケルトンの部分が、曲げ過程で順々に開口部を支持する2つのスケルトンを備え、
最終スケルトンが、さらに曲げスケルトンである
ことを特徴とする、製造方法。 - 前記縁部面の厚さが1から5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 最終スケルトンが、少なくとも冷却の開始時に、開口部の縁部から、少なくとも2mm離れて位置することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 最終スケルトンが、開口部の全周囲にわたって、開口部の縁部からほぼ同じ距離離れた状態の開口部の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 開口部の周囲が、全ての点において、少なくとも15mmの曲率半径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 開口部の周囲が、全ての点において、少なくとも60mmの曲率半径を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 冷却が、開口部の縁周囲の少なくとも4MPa、好ましくは、少なくとも6MPaの圧縮応力値を得るために十分に急速に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 冷却が、開口部の縁の少なくとも8MPa、好ましくは、少なくとも9MPaの圧縮応力値を得るために十分に急速に行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 開口部が、0.03m2を超える面積、さらには0.05m2を超える面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 開口部が、0.08m2を超える面積、さらには0.1m2を超える面積、さらには0.2m2を超える面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 開口部が、ガラス板の主要面の総面積の5%を超える面積さらには10%を超える面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ガラス板の周囲を支持する曲げスケルトンの部分が、曲げ過程で順々にガラス板を支持する2つのスケルトンを備え、後でガラス板を支持するスケルトンが最初にガラス板を支持するスケルトンより大きな曲率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 2枚のガラス板が、曲げ加工および冷却の時に重ね合わされることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
