Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るタンク1の断面図、図2はタンク1の口金部分の断面図である。図1に示されるように、タンク1は、内殻10と、内殻10を覆う外殻20と、外殻20が備える開口部30において外殻20と接続されている口金40と、を備えて構成される。図1においては、開口部30はタンク1の上部のみに設けられているが、さらにタンク1の底部にも開口部30及び口金40を設けてもよい。
図7、8は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係るタンク1の口金部分の断面図である。本実施形態において、口金40以外のタンク1の構成は図1と同様であり、図7、8において図1、2と対応する部分には同一符号を付し、第1の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略する。
図9は、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る人工衛星構体101の断面図である。図9に示されるように、人工衛星構体101内部の中央に円筒形状のCFRP製スラストチューブ120が配置され、スラストチューブ120の上下には、円形の上面パネル102及び下面パネル104が金属製ブラケット140により取り付けられている。また、人工衛星構体101の外表面を構成する円筒形状の外部パネル106が上面パネル102及び下面パネル104に取り付けられている。このような構造において、スラストチューブ120は、衛星全体の荷重を支持している。

Claims (26)
- 複合材部材と、
前記複合材部材と接着面を介して接着されている金属部材と、
を備え、
前記金属部材は、前記接着面との間に薄肉部が形成されるように設けられて前記接着面に沿って延びるスリットを有し、
前記スリットの少なくとも一部は、一定の幅を有する、金属部材と複合材部材の接合構造。 - 前記スリットに柔軟な充填剤が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接合構造。
- 前記スリットの底部は、R加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の接合構造。
- 前記スリットの底部は、半円形の横断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の接合構造。
- 前記スリットは、前記接着面に対して非平行に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の接合構造。
- 前記スリットは、前記金属部材の前記接着面を含む面から所定の長さに形成された溝に接続して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の接合構造。
- 前記スリットは、前記接着面の該スリットの長さ方向の一部に沿って、1つ又は複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の接合構造。
- 前記スリットの側端面は、R加工されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接合構造。
- 前記スリットの一部の幅は該スリットの長さ方向に連続的に変化することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の接合構造。
- 前記スリットにより前記薄肉部が形成されることによって、前記金属部材の前記接着面側の剛性が低下する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の接合構造。
- 前記複合材部材は人工衛星構体を構成するスラストチューブであり、前記金属部材は前記スラストチューブと人工衛星構体を構成する上面パネル又は下面パネルとを接合するブラケットである、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の接合構造。
- 前記複合材部材はロケット尾翼の表皮板であり、前記金属部材は前記表皮板が接着されることにより、前記ロケット尾翼とロケット胴体を接合するための取付金具である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の接合構造。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載された接合構造を含む装置。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載された接合構造に用いる金属部材。
- 複合材製の外殻と、該外殻が備える開口部において該外殻と接続されている、筒状部を有する金属製の口金とを備えるタンクであって、
前記筒状部の外周面の少なくとも一部が前記開口部と接着し、前記筒状部の外縁部にスリットが設けられているタンク。 - 前記スリットに柔軟な充填剤が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のタンク。
- 前記スリットの底部は、R加工されていることを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載のタンク。
- 前記スリットの底部は、半円形の横断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項17に記載のタンク。
- 前記スリットは、前記筒状部の外周面に対して非平行に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項15〜18のいずれか1項に記載のタンク。
- 前記スリットは、前記筒状部の外周面から所定の長さに形成された溝に接続して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項15〜18のいずれか1項に記載のタンク。
- 前記スリットは前記筒状部の外縁部の一部に1つ又は複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項15〜20のいずれか1項に記載のタンク。
- 前記スリットの側端面は、R加工されていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のタンク。
- 前記スリットの幅は該スリットの長さ方向に連続的に変化することを特徴とする請求項15〜22のいずれか1項に記載のタンク。
- 内殻をさらに備え、該内殻は樹脂により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項15〜23のいずれか1項に記載のタンク。
- 内殻をさらに備え、該内殻は口金と一体的に形成された金属により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項15〜23のいずれか1項に記載のタンク。
- 複合材製の外殻を含むタンクにおいて、該外殻が備える開口部において該外殻と接続される金属製の口金であって、
筒状部を有し、
該筒状部の外周面の少なくとも一部が前記開口部と接着し、前記筒状部の外縁部にスリットが設けられている口金。
