Claims (9)
- シェル(1)と、らせんばね(10)の組立体を含む懸架装置によってシェル(1)の内部に取り付けられる固定組立体(2)を電気モータのステータ(4)と共に形成するブロック(3)とを備えた冷凍圧縮機であって、
各ばねが、下側端部(11)および上側端部(12)を有し、これらの端部(11、12)が、下側支持手段によってシェル(1)の隣接部にかつ上側支持手段によって固定組立体(2)の隣接部にそれぞれ結合されており、
前記支持手段(MS)の各々が、平坦なまたはほぼ平坦な金属シートから形成された基板(20)を備え、前記基板は、該基板(20)の一部分から得られ、該基板(20)の平面から外方向に突出するように曲げられた少なくとも2つの保持舌部(21)を一体品として組み込んでおり、前記保持舌部(21)が、隣接するらせんばね(10)の端部(11、12)の1つの内部に堅固に嵌合され、
基板(20)の金属シートが、その延長部に沿って同一の厚さを有しており、少なくとも上側支持手段の保持舌部(21)が、基板(20)の輪郭内に含まれる基板の各切り込み部分によって画定されたものであり、全ての支持手段(MS)の保持舌部(21)が、らせんばね(10)の隣接端部の内部に嵌合されることを特徴とする、前記冷凍圧縮機。 - 保持舌部(21)が、その長手方向の延長部に沿って、らせんばね(10)の隣接端部(11、12)の内側輪郭のプロファイルと一致するプロファイルを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- 各々の保持舌部(21)の輪郭が、保持舌部(21)の曲がりの前に、基板(20)の輪郭の対応する延長部を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- シェル(1)に底部分(1a)が設けられ、らせんばね(10)の端部(11、12)の一方が、シェル(1)の底部分(1a)内に固定された基板(20)の保持舌部(21)の周りに嵌合されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- 保持舌部(21)が、基板(20)の各切り込み部分の厚さに対応する厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- 各保持舌部(21)が、基板(20)の輪郭に対して間隔を置いて配置された基板(20)の各中央切り込み部分によって画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- 基板(20)の中央切り込み部分が、互いに離間していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- らせんばね(10)の端部(11、12)の一方が、固定組立体(2)に取り付けられた基板(20)の保持舌部(21)の周りに嵌合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- 基板(20)が、離間した2つの、保持舌部(21)の組立体を備えており、各組立体が、らせんばね(10)の隣接端部(11、12)の内部に嵌合されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
