Claims (16)
- 軸方向について互いに対向する側を規定する、第1の面および第2の面を含む流路と、
前記流路の前記第1の面から前記第2の面まで延びる複数のベーンと、
前記第1の面から前記第2の面に向けて軸方向に延びる複数のベーンレットと、を有し、
前記ベーンの各々の第1の輪郭は、軸方向に沿って変化し、
前記ベーンレットの各々の第1の軸方向範囲は、前記流路の第2の軸方向範囲よりも小さく、
前記複数のベーンレットは、前記流路の周囲に亘って非周期的パターンを形成する、遠心圧縮機のディフューザを備え、
前記非周期的パターンは、前記非対称な形状を有し、
前記非対称な形状は、第1のベーンレットと第2のベーンレットとの間における、子午 線長さの変化、曲線角度の変化、周方向軸に対する向き角度の変化、またはそれらの組み 合わせを含む、
システム。 - 前記非周期的パターンは、さらに、非対称な向きを有し、
前記非対称な向きは、第1のベーンレットと第2のベーンレットとの間における、径方向位置の変化、等間隔に離隔した基準点に対する周方向位置の変化、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記ベーンレットの各々の第1の軸方向範囲は、前記流路の第2の軸方向範囲の約25%よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ベーンレットの各々の第2の輪郭は、軸方向に沿って変化する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の面は、シュラウド側取り付け面を有する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記ベーンレットの各々の第1の軸方向範囲は、前記流路の第2の軸方向範囲の約25%よりも小さい、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記ベーンレットの各々の第2の輪郭は、軸方向に沿って変化し、且つ、前記複数のベーンレットは、前記流路の周囲に亘って非周期的パターンを形成する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ベーンレットの各々の、前端部の第1の曲率半径、後端部の第2の曲率半径、曲線角度、子午線長さ、またはそれらの組み合わせは、軸方向に沿って変化する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ベーンレットの第1の総数は、前記ベーンの第2の総数に等しい、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ベーンレットの各々は、互いに隣接する前記ベーンのそれぞれの組の間に周方向に配置されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のベーンレットの少なくとも一部は、流体の流れと、少なくとも1つの前記ベーンの前端部との間の入射角を小さくするために、少なくとも1つの前記ベーンの近傍の流体の流れを変えるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠心圧縮機のディフューザを有する遠心圧縮機を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠心圧縮機のディフューザのベーンレットの前記第1の軸方向範囲は、前記流路の第2の軸方向範囲の約25%よりも小さい、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠心圧縮機のディフューザのベーンレットの、前端部の第1の曲率半径、後端部の第2の曲率半径、曲線角度、子午線長さ、またはこれらの組み合わせは、軸方向に沿って変化する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路の周りに環状配列として配置された複数のベーンレットを有する、遠心圧縮機のディフューザを備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のベーンレットは、流路の周囲に亘って非周期的パターンを形成する、請求項 15に記載のシステム。
