Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つの炭素原子から成り、ヘテロ原子および/または1種以上の重金属を含む石油原料を所定量得る工程と、上記所定量の石油原料をアルカリ金属および改質剤炭化水素と反応させる反応工程と、分離工程とから成る石油原料の改質方法であって、上記反応工程において、上記改質剤炭化水素が少なくとも1つの炭素原子と少なくとも1つの水素原子とから成り、上記アルカリ金属は上記ヘテロ原子および/または1種以上の重金属と反応して1種以上の無機生成物を形成し、上記改質剤炭化水素が上記石油原料と反応して改質された石油原料を製造し、改質された石油原料の炭素原子数は改質前の石油原料の炭素原子数よりも多く、上記分離工程において改質された石油原料から上記無機生成物を分離し、上記ヘテロ原子が硫黄および/または窒素であることを特徴とする石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記アルカリ金属が、リチウム、ナトリウム及び/又はこれらのアロイから成る請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記改質剤炭化水素が、天然ガス、シェールガス及び/又はこれらの混合物である請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記改質剤炭化水素が、メタン、エタン、プロパン、ブタン、ペンタン、エテン、プロペン、ブテン、ペンテン、ジエン類、これらの異性体および/またはこれらの混合物から成る請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記反応が、250psiを超える圧力下で行われる請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記反応が、2500psi未満の圧力下で行われる請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記反応が、室温より高い温度で行われる請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記反応が、450℃未満の温度で行われる請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記反応が、上記アルカリ金属の融点よりも高く450℃未満の温度で行われる請求項6に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記反応において触媒を使用し、当該触媒がモリブデン、ニッケル、コバルト、これらのアロイ、酸化モリブデン、酸化ニッケル、酸化コバルト又はこれらの組合せから成る請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記無機生成物の分離が分離器内で行われる請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 更に、分離工程において、分離器にフラックスを添加する工程を含む請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 上記所定量の石油原料、アルカリ金属および改質剤炭化水素の反応において水素ガスを使用しない請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 改質された石油原料の水素対炭素の比率が、改質前の石油原料の水素対炭素の比率より大きい請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 改質された石油原料は、改質前の石油原料よりも大きなエネルギーを有する請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 改質された石油原料のヘテロ元素対炭素の比率が、改質前の石油原料のヘテロ元素対炭素の比率より小さい請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
- 更に、上記無機生成物からアルカリ金属を再生する工程を含む請求項1に記載の石油原料の改質方法。
