Description
リチウムイオン電池は、従来、金属製のケース、たとえばアルミニウムから成るケースを有している。通常、複数の電池(セル)、たとえば6〜8つの電池がまとめられて、1つのバッテリモジュールが形成される。そして、複数のバッテリモジュール、たとえば3つ以上のバッテリモジュールがまとめられて、1つのバッテリパックが形成されるようになっている。
本発明の対象は、たとえば金属製の電池ケースを備えているかまたは場合により備えていない1つ以上のガルバニ電池、特にリチウム電池、たとえばリチウムイオン電池を温度調整するための温度調整プレートである。この温度調整プレートは、この温度調整プレートを通して温度調整媒体を案内するための少なくとも1つの温度調整媒体通路を有している。このような温度調整プレートは、冷却プレートと呼ぶこともできる。
図1には、たとえば金属製のケースを備えた1つ以上のガルバニ電池Z、特にリチウム電池、たとえばリチウムイオン電池を温度調整するための本発明に係る温度調整プレートTの実施の形態が示してある。図1に示したように、温度調整プレートTは、この温度調整プレートTを通して温度調整媒体を案内するための複数の温度調整媒体通路1を有している。図1に示したように、温度調整プレートTは、温度調整媒体通路1を部分的に画定する、熱導出のために設けられた区分2aを有している。本発明によれば、この区分2aが、熱伝導率を高めるための少なくとも一種類の添加剤を含んだプラスチックコンパウンドMWから形成されている。
Claims (7)
- 1つ以上のガルバニ電池(Z)を温度調整するための温度調整プレート(T)において、該温度調整プレート(T)が、該温度調整プレート(T)を通して温度調整媒体を案内するための少なくとも1つの温度調整媒体通路(1)を有しており、温度調整プレート(T)の、熱導出のために設けられていて、少なくとも1つの温度調整媒体通路(1)を部分的に画定している少なくとも1つの区分(2a)が、熱伝導率を高めるための少なくとも一種類の添加剤を含んだプラスチックコンパウンド(MW)から形成されており、少なくとも1つの温度調整媒体通路(1)が、温度調整プレート(T)の少なくとも1つの別の区分(2b)によって部分的に画定されており、該少なくとも1つの別の区分(2b)が、一種類以上の別の材料(M)であって、熱伝導率を高めるための添加剤を含んでいないプラスチックもしくはプラスチックコンパウンドもしくはプラスチック・金属複合材料(M)から形成されており、前記両区分(2a、2b)が一緒に前記温度調整媒体通路(1)を画定していることを特徴とする、温度調整プレート。
- 温度調整プレート(T)が、1つのバッテリモジュールの2つ以上のガルバニ電池(Z)を温度調整するために設計されている、請求項1記載の温度調整プレート。
- ガルバニ電池(Z)の個数が、4個よりも多くて12個よりも少ない、請求項2記載の温度調整プレート。
- ガルバニ電池(Z)の個数が、6個よりも多くて8個よりも少ない、請求項2または3記載の温度調整プレート。
- ガルバニ電池(Z)が、リチウム電池である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の温度調整プレート。
- リチウム電池が、リチウムイオン電池である、請求項5記載の温度調整プレート。
- ガルバニ電池(Z)が、金属製のケースを備えている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の温度調整プレート。
