Description
Claims (5)
- 駆動ネジ(2)及びナット(3)を含む真空コンデンサ(1)用機械的駆動システムであって、
前記ナット(3)は、前記真空コンデンサ(1)のハウジング内に配置され、
前記駆動ネジ(2)は、前記ナット(3)中にねじ込まれ、
第1電極は、前記駆動ネジ(2)の一方に配置され、前記駆動ネジ(2)の回転により第2電極に関して移動可能である機械的駆動システムにおいて、
前記ナット(3)は、少なくとも部分的にプラスチック材料で製造され、
前記駆動ネジ(2)を前記ナット(3)の中にねじ込むためのナットの第一のシリンダは、プラスチック材料で製造され、ネジ山を含み、駆動ネジを収容するように構成され、前記ナットを前記真空コンデンサ(1)のハウジング内に配置するためのナットの第二のシリンダは、金属材料で製造され、ネジ山を含まない機械的駆動システム。 - 請求項1に記載の機械的駆動システムにおいて、前記プラスチック材料は、0.15mm/100kmよりも小さい摩耗係数を有する機械的駆動システム。
- 請求項1または2の一つの請求項に記載の機械的駆動システムにおいて、前記プラスチック材料は、100°Cにおける摩擦係数が0.1よりも小さく、最大温度250°Cの高温ポリマー・プラスチック材料を含む機械的駆動システム。
- 請求項1または2の一つの請求項に記載の機械的駆動システムにおいて、前記金属材料は、ステンレス鋼を含む機械的駆動システム。
- 請求項1から3の一つの請求項に記載の機械的駆動システムにおいて、前記駆動ネジは、ビッカース硬度が6’000HV以上のPVD(物理的気相成長法)コーティング又は類似コーティングを含む機械的駆動システム。
