Claims (15)
- 窓板を曲げる方法であって、
a.少なくとも1つの窓板(1、2)が可動曲げリングホルダ(3)を備える事前曲げリング(7a)内に配置され、可動曲げリングホルダ(3)は炉(4)内に移動させられ、窓板(1、2)は軟化温度まで加熱されて縁の最終湾曲の5%から50%まで事前曲げされ、
b.窓板(1、2)は吸引装置(5)によって持ち上げられ、事前曲げリング(7a)内で得られた湾曲を超えてさらに曲げられ、吸引装置(5)の対向枠組(8)の湾曲接触面(12)上の曲げの間、窓板(1、2)と、対向枠組(8)を包囲する吸引装置(5)のカバー(9)の空気バッフル(11)との間には、3mmから50mmの最小距離(18)があり、
c.窓板(1、2)は、吸引装置(5)によって可動曲げリングホルダ(3)上の最終曲げリング(7b)内に配置され、縁の最終湾曲まで曲げられ、窓板(1、2)の表面事前曲げが熱放射によって行われ、
d.窓板(1、2)は、第二吸引装置(15)によって最終曲げリング(7b)から持ち上げられ、対向金型(16)に対してプレスされて曲げられ、窓板(1、2)は最終曲げリング(7b)上に配置され、
e.窓板(1、2)は冷却される、方法。 - 窓板(1)が吸引装置(5)によって縁の全体最終湾曲の100%から130%まで曲げられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 窓板(1)が、縁の最終湾曲を局所的に異ならせて、第一吸引装置(5)によって曲げられる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 窓板(1)が、空気流または下部曲げリングによって吸引装置(5、15)内で局所的に曲げられる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 窓板(1)が、ガラス表面上で最大0.05K/mmから0.5K/mmの温度勾配で加熱される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 窓板(1)が、500℃から750℃の温度まで加熱される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 窓板(1)が、縁の局所的最終湾曲の10%から30%まで、事前曲げリング(7a)内で重力によって事前曲げされる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 吸引装置(5)が1kg/m2から100kg/m2の吸引圧力を発生させる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 2つの窓板(1、2)が曲げられる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 窓板を曲げるための炉であって、少なくとも:
a.可動曲げリングホルダ(3)上の事前曲げリング(7a)上で少なくとも1つの窓板(1、2)を予備加熱するための1つの予備加熱領域(A)と、
b.少なくとも湾曲接触面(12)を備える対向枠組(8)と、事前曲げされた窓板(1、2)をさらに曲げるための空気バッフル(11)で対向枠組(8)を包囲するカバー(9)とを含む、垂直移動可能な、曲げられた吸引装置(5)を備える1つの事前曲げ領域(B)と、
c.可動曲げリングホルダ(3)上の最終曲げリング(7b)上で窓板(1、2)の縁を最終湾曲し、熱放射によって窓板(1、2)を表面事前曲げするための、1つの加熱領域(C)と、
d.窓板(1、2)をさらに表面曲げするための、第二の垂直移動可能な吸引装置(15)、ならびに水平移動可能な曲げられた対向金型(16)を備える1つの第二曲げ領域(D)と、
e.1つの冷却領域(E)と、を含む炉。 - 第二曲げ領域(D)に第三吸引装置(17)が設けられている、請求項10に記載の炉。
- 領域(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)、および(E)を加熱するための加熱装置(6)を有する、請求項10または11に記載の炉。
- 加熱装置(6)が、放射ヒータを含む、請求項12に記載の炉。
- 加熱装置(6)が、個々の個別制御可能な加熱タイルまたは加熱場からなる配列を含む、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の炉。
