Description
また、ダイヘッド等の慣性や弾性により発生するダイヘッドの速度の遅れやオーバーシュートによる検出部材の回転を抑制し、異物と誤って検出しない。
前記ダイヘッドの進行方向前方に下端が前記板材に近接するように配置され、下端が前記ダイヘッド側に移動するように揺動可能な検出部材と、
前記検出部材に当接して、前記検出部材の下端が前記ダイヘッドと反対側に移動するような揺動を防止するストッパと、
前記検出部材の揺動を検出する揺動センサと、
前記検出部材を前記ストッパに押圧可能な加速時付勢部材と、
前記ダイヘッドの加速時に、前記加速時付勢部材を前記検出部材に圧接する圧接装置と、
前記検出部材を前記ストッパに向かって常に付勢する常時付勢部材とを有するものとしてもよい。
フレーム3は、板材2の上に延伸する梁部3aと、板材2の幅方向の両外側に直立する脚部3bとからなる。脚部3bは、それぞれ、板材2の長さ方向に延伸するレール4に沿って移動可能なリニアモータ5によって支持されている。

Claims (4)
- ダイヘッドを移動して板材に塗工する塗工装置において、
前記ダイヘッドの進行方向前方に下端が前記板材に近接するように配置され、下端が前記ダイヘッド側に移動するように揺動可能な検出部材と、
前記検出部材に当接して、前記検出部材の下端が前記ダイヘッドと反対側に移動するような揺動を防止するストッパと、
前記検出部材の揺動を検出する揺動センサと、
前記検出部材を前記ストッパに押圧可能な加速時付勢部材と、
前記ダイヘッドの加速時に、前記加速時付勢部材を前記検出部材に圧接する圧接装置とを有し、
前記圧接装置は、前記ダイヘッドの加速終了後、予め設定した遅延時間が経過してから、前記加速時付勢部材を前記検出部材から離間することを特徴とする塗工装置。 - ダイヘッドを移動して板材に塗工する塗工装置において、
前記ダイヘッドの進行方向前方に下端が前記板材に近接するように配置され、下端が前記ダイヘッド側に移動するように揺動可能な検出部材と、
前記検出部材に当接して、前記検出部材の下端が前記ダイヘッドと反対側に移動するような揺動を防止するストッパと、
前記検出部材の揺動を検出する揺動センサと、
前記検出部材を前記ストッパに押圧可能な加速時付勢部材と、
前記ダイヘッドの加速時に、前記加速時付勢部材を前記検出部材に圧接する圧接装置と、
前記検出部材を前記ストッパに向かって常に付勢する常時付勢部材とを有することを特徴とする塗工装置。 - 前記揺動センサは、前記検出部材の揺動を連続量として検出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の塗工装置。
- 前記検出部材は、その重心位置において、揺動可能に枢支されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の塗工装置。
