Claims (6)
- 6自由度を有する大型画面協調装置であって、
前記大型画面協調装置は、
等距離で平行に配置された3つの同じロボットアームを備え、
各ロボットアームは、コラム回転対偶と、コラムと、伸縮アームと、第1の回転アームと、第2の回転アームと、第3の回転アームとを備え、
前記コラム回転対偶が、Y軸周りに回転可能であり、
前記コラムには、垂直に設定される前記コラムの上面および底面に前記コラム回転対偶がそれぞれ設けられ、
前記伸縮アームの一端が、伸縮アーム回転対偶を介して前記コラムの側面と接続され、
前記第1の回転アームが、第1の回転対偶を介して前記伸縮アームの自由端と接続および適合され、前記伸縮アームと前記第1の回転アームとが、前記第1の回転対偶を介して接続され、
前記第2の回転アームが、第2の回転対偶を介して前記第1の回転アームの自由端と接続および適合され、
前記第3の回転アームが、第3の回転対偶を介して前記第2の回転アームの自由端と接続および適合され、
前記第3の回転アームが、画面回転対偶を介してディスプレイ画面と接続および適合され、前記伸縮アーム回転対偶、前記第1の回転対偶、および前記第2の回転対偶が、互いに平行に配置され、前記第2の回転対偶、前記第3の回転対偶、および前記画面回転対偶が、互いに垂直に配置されることを特徴とする6自由度を有する大型画面協調装置。 - 前記伸縮アーム回転対偶、前記第1の回転対偶、および前記第2の回転対偶の全てが、Z軸に平行な軸周りに回転し、前記第3の回転対偶が、Y軸に平行な軸周りに回転し、前記画面回転対偶が、X軸に平行な軸周りに回転することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の6自由度を有する大型画面協調装置。
- 釣り合いおもり装置が、前記第1の回転アームに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の6自由度を有する大型画面協調装置。
- 釣り合いおもり装置が、前記伸縮アームの前端に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の6自由度を有する大型画面協調装置。
- 距離センサが、前記ディスプレイ画面の周囲に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の6自由度を有する大型画面協調装置。
- 機械的装置が、衝突を避けるために前記ディスプレイ画面の周囲に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の6自由度を有する大型画面協調装置。
