Claims (3)
- 表面側の板部(3)と、この表面側の板部(3)と端部(2a、7a)同士が溶着される裏面側の板部(2)と、これらの表面側の板部(3)と裏面側の板部(2)との間に介在する熱可塑性発泡体からなる嵩上げ架橋材(4)と、この嵩上げ架橋材(4)と共に、前記表面側の板部(3)と裏面側の板部(2)との間に設けられて剛性を高める補強部材(5)とを備え、前記嵩上げ架橋材(4)と補強部材(5)とは熱伝導率が異なる積層板(1、21)であって、
前記裏面側の板部(2)の表面側に絞加工が施され、
前記表面側の板部(3)は、不織布(9、22)を含み、
前記裏面側の板部(2)と前記嵩上げ架橋材(4)及び補強部材(5)との間に熱可塑性発泡シート(6)を介在させたことを特徴とする積層板(1、21)。 - 請求項1記載の積層板(1)であって、
前記表面側の板部(3)が熱可塑性樹脂製の板材(7)と不織布(9)を含む表皮材(8)とで形成され、前記裏面側の板部(2)が熱可塑性樹脂の絞加工が施された板材で形成されていることを特徴とする積層板(1)。 - 請求項2記載の積層板(1)であって、
前記表面側の板部(3)の表皮材(8)には、微細な孔が形成されており、前記表皮材(8)は熱可塑性樹脂の絞付き被覆シート(10)と不織布(9)とが積層されて構成されていることを特徴とする積層板(1)。
