なお、(1)式中において、Gはバネ係数、dは板厚、Dは内径である。
従って、引張コイルバネは、一般に、圧縮コイルバネに比して有効巻数Naが大きくなる傾向にあるが、初張力Tの影響により、圧縮コイルバネに比してバネ定数Kを大きく設定することが可能である。
Claims (5)
- 長尺な挿入部と、
前記挿入部の基端側に連設され、湾曲操作が可能な操作部と、
前記挿入部に設けられ、前記湾曲操作に連動して能動的に湾曲動作する湾曲構造体を有する第1の湾曲部と、
前記挿入部に設けられ、前記第1の湾曲部の基端側に連設され、外力によって受動的に湾曲動作する第2の湾曲部と、
前記挿入部に設けられ、前記第2の湾曲部の基端側に連設される可撓性を有する可撓管部と、
先端側の曲げ剛性が基端側の曲げ剛性よりも高くなるよう帯状部材を螺旋状に巻回して形成され、前記第2の湾曲部及び前記可撓管部に配設される螺旋管部と、
前記第1の湾曲部及び前記第2の湾曲部において前記湾曲構造体及び前記螺旋管部の外周側を被覆する第1の外皮と、
前記可撓管部において前記螺旋管部の外周側を被覆し、前記第1の外皮よりも硬性な第2の外皮と、
前記可撓管部の先端側に設けられ、前記螺旋管部の曲げ剛性が変化する境界部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記螺旋管部は、曲げ剛性の異なる2種類の螺旋管部材を連結又は連続して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記螺旋管部は、前記帯状部材の巻回による間隔を変化させることにより、前記先端側の曲げ剛性を前記基端側の曲げ剛性よりも高く設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記螺旋管部は、圧縮コイルバネからなり、先端側における前記帯状部材の巻回による間隔を基端側よりも大きく設定することにより、前記先端側の曲げ剛性を前記基端側の曲げ剛性よりも高く設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記螺旋管部は、先端側を引張コイルバネにて構成し、基端側を圧縮コイルバネにて構成することにより、前記先端側の曲げ剛性を前記基端側の曲げ剛性よりも高く設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
