Claims (9)
- 弁体(3)を備え、該弁体(3)に、シール素子(14)によって閉鎖可能な弁座(12)、シール素子(14)を少なくとも部分的に収容する電磁弁(1)の流体スペース(15)に開口する少なくとも1つの流出通路(13)、およびシール素子(14)を少なくとも部分的に包囲する流体案内素子(16)が設けられており、シール素子(14)が流体案内素子(16)における流体スペース(15)に向いていない方の側に形成された磁石アンカスペース(17)に配置された磁石アンカ(5)と作用結合している電磁弁(1)において、
流体案内素子(16)が弁体(3)を少なくとも部分的に包囲し、流体スペース(15)と磁石アンカスペース(17)との間の流体接続を形成する接続通路(21)が弁体(3)の壁(30)を半径方向に貫通する半径方向切欠き(29)と流体接続し、
前記接続通路(21)が、少なくとも部分的に前記弁体(3)の外壁(22)と前記流体案内素子(16)の内壁(23)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする、電磁弁。 - 前記流出通路(13)と前記接続通路(21)との間に流体接続を形成する少なくとも1つの半径方向通路(25)が前記弁体(3)内に形成されている、請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記半径方向通路(25)が、前記弁体(3)を周方向に少なくとも部分的に包囲する、前記弁体(3)の外壁に形成された溝(28)に開口している、請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記接続通路(21)が、少なくとも部分的に前記流体案内素子(16)の少なくとも1つの軸線方向切欠き(34)によって形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記接続通路(21)が、前記弁体(3)を周方向に包囲する、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記流体案内素子(16)が、形状接続的、摩擦接続的および/または材料接続的に前記弁体(3)に固定されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 摩擦接続的な固定のために、前記流体案内素子(16)と前記弁体(3)との間に圧着結合部(36)が設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁体(3)および/または前記流体案内素子(16)が、金属および/またはプラスチックからなっている、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の、少なくとも1つの弁体(3)を備える電磁弁(1)を有する運転手支援装置であって、弁体(3)内に、シール素子(14)によって閉鎖可能な弁座(12)、シール素子(14)を少なくとも部分的に収容する電磁弁(1)の流体スペース(15)に開口する少なくとも1つの流出通路(16)、およびシール素子(14)を少なくとも部分的に包囲する流体案内素子(16)が設けられており、前記シール素子(14)が、流体案内素子(16)の、流体スペース(15)に向いていない方の側に形成された磁石アンカスペース(17)に配置された磁石アンカ(5)と作用結合されている、運転手支援装置において、
流体案内素子(16)が、少なくとも部分的に弁体(3)を包囲し、流体スペース(15)と磁石アンカスペース(17)との間の流体接続部を形成する接続通路(21)が、
弁体(3)の壁(3)を半径方向に貫通する半径方向切欠き(29)と流体接続し、
前記接続通路(21)が、少なくとも部分的に前記弁体(3)の外壁(22)と前記流体案内素子(16)の内壁(23)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする、運転手支援装置。
