Description
Claims (9)
- 電磁弁(1)のケーシング(2)内に設けられ、流体を充填可能な少なくとも1つのチャンバ(5)と、操作装置(9)によって変位可能な閉鎖ピストン(10)と、操作装置(9)に反作用するばね素子(15)とを備える電磁弁において、
リング素子(6)が設けられており、該リング素子(6)が、前記チャンバ(5)を第1部分チャンバと第2部分チャンバ(7,8)とに分割し、
前記ばね素子(15)が、前記第1部分チャンバ(7)に配置され、
流体のための入口(12)と出口(13)が、前記第2部分チャンバ(8)で流体接続され、
前記リング素子(6)が、該リング素子(6)の案内開口(17)に配置された電磁弁(1)の閉鎖ピストン(10)によって軸線方向に少なくとも部分的に、完全に貫通係合されており、案内開口(17)とは異なる少なくとも1つの流体貫流切欠き(18,25)を備え、
前記流体貫流切欠き(18,25)が、前記第1部分チャンバ(7)及び前記第2部分チャンバ(8)の間を流体接続する軸線方向スリット(21)によって形成され、
前記リング素子(6)が、前記軸線方向スリット(21)を備える締付けスリーブ(19)として形成される、
ことを特徴とする、電磁弁。 - 前記流体貫流切欠き(18,25)が流体貫流ポケット(26)として形成されており、および/または前記リング素子(6)の本体(20)を少なくとも部分的に半径方向に貫通する、請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記流体貫流ポケット(26)が前記リング素子(6)の外周面(22)および/または内周面(23)に形成されている、請求項2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記流体貫流ポケット(26)が、溝、ノッチおよび/または切込み状である、請求項2又は3に記載の電磁弁。
- 流体貫流ポケット(26)の他に、前記ケーシング(2)の内壁(24)に接触する少なくとも1つの支持ウェブ(27)が形成されている、請求項2から4までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記流体貫流切欠き(18,25)が前記リング素子(6)の流体貫流孔(18,25)として設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記流体貫流切欠き(18,25)が軸線方向に真っすぐに、傾斜して、および/またはらせん状に延びている、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 複数の流体貫流切欠き(18,25)が、前記リング素子(6)の周にわたって、特に一様に分配して設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記リング素子(6)が前記電磁弁(1)のばね素子(15)のための支持面(16)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
