Description
Claims (9)
- 弁体(3)を備え、該弁体(3)に、シール素子(14)によって閉鎖可能な弁座(12)、シール素子(14)を少なくとも部分的に収容する電磁弁(1)の流体スペース(15)に開口する少なくとも1つの流出通路(13)、およびシール素子(14)を少なくとも部分的に包囲する流体案内素子(16)が設けられており、シール素子(14)が流体案内素子(16)における流体スペース(15)に向いていない方の側に形成された磁石アンカスペース(17)に配置された磁石アンカ(5)と作用結合している電磁弁(1)において、
弁体(3)および流体案内素子(16)が、流体スペース(15)と磁石アンカスペース(17)との間に少なくとも1つの流体接続を形成する接続通路(21)を共に形成し、
前記流出通路(13)と前記接続通路(21)との間に流体接続を形成する少なくとも1つの半径方向通路(25)が前記弁体(3)内に形成され、
前記流出通路(13)は、前記流体スペース(15)の底部(27)に形成されていることを特徴とする、電磁弁(1)。 - 前記接続通路(21)が、前記弁体(3)の内壁(22)と前記流体案内素子(16)の外壁(23)との間に設けられている、請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記流体案内素子(16)が前記流体スペース(15)の前記底部(27)に載置され、前記半径方向通路(25)が前記流体案内素子(16)の支持面(28)を貫通係合する、請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁体(3)が内壁(22)に、および/または前記流体案内素子(16)が外壁(23)に、前記接続通路(21)を共に形成する切欠き(29)を備える、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記接続通路(21)および/または前記半径方向通路(25)が、断面図で見て少なくとも部分的に丸く、特に円形である、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記流体案内素子(16)が金属および/またはプラスチックからなる、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記流体案内素子(16)が、打抜き・曲げ加工部材または射出成形部材として形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記流体スペース(15)で前記流体案内素子(16)を周方向に整列するための整列手段が設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 特に請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の、少なくとも1つの弁体(3)を備える電磁弁(1)を有する運転手支援装置、特にABS,TSCまたはESP装置であって、弁体(3)内に、シール素子(14)によって閉鎖可能な弁座(12)、該シール素子(14)を少なくとも部分的に収容する電磁弁(1)の流体スペース(15)に開口する少なくとも流出通路(13)、およびシール素子(14)を少なくとも部分的に包囲する流体案内素子(16)が設けられており、シール素子(14)が、流体案内素子(16)の、流体スペース(15)に向いていない方の側に形成された磁石アンカスペース(17)に配置された磁石アンカ(5)と作用結合されている運転手支援装置において、
前記弁体(3)および前記流体案内素子(16)が、前記流体スペース(15)と前記磁石アンカスペース(17)との間の流体接続を形成する少なくとも1つの接続通路(21)を共に形成していることを特徴とする、運転手支援装置。
