前記プラットホーム状トレーの前記下面であって、骨係合端面に延びて形成され、前記ステムに向かってオフセットされ、前記下面の周囲において前記トレー周辺部と実質的に一致する形状を有する閉じた壁を形成する隆起壁と、
を含む固体金属部分と、
前記下面における前記隆起壁の外側に配置された第1の多孔性金属部分と、
前記下面における前記隆起壁の内側に配置された第2の多孔性金属部分と、
を含む多孔性金属部分と、
を含み、
前記第1の多孔性金属部分と前記第2の多孔性金属部分が前記隆起壁で仕切られて前記骨係合端面は多孔性金属がなく骨に直接係合するように形成され、
前記隆起壁が海綿骨に位置合わせされるように形成されており、前記第1の多孔性金属部分が埋込位置において皮質骨に当接するように形成され、
前記プラットホーム状トレーが、前記下面に形成され、前記下面に沿って放射方向に延びる第1の支持壁及び第2の支持壁を含む人工膝関節。 - 請求項10において、前記第1の支持壁及び前記第2の支持壁の少なくとも一方がダブテール断面を有する人工膝関節。
- 請求項10において、大腿骨コンポーネントと、前記脛骨コンポーネントと選択的に連結される軸受部と、をさらに含む人工膝関節。
