Claims (5)
- 粉砕機に使用される破砕面部材であって、その破砕面に耐摩耗性の高い部分と耐摩耗性の低い部分とが部材移動方向において所定ピッチで交互に設けられており、耐摩耗性の高い部分の部材移動方向前部上に、耐摩耗性の高い部分の耐摩耗材と同等がそれ以上の耐摩耗性を持つ耐摩耗性金属ビードが肉盛溶接による溶着により突設形成されている破砕面部材。
- 請求項1に記載の破砕面部材において、耐摩耗性の高い部分の部材移動方向前部上と合わせ、耐摩耗性の高い部分の部材移動方向後部上にも、耐摩耗性の高い部分の耐摩耗材と同等がそれ以上の耐摩耗性を持つ耐摩耗性金属ビードが肉盛溶接による溶着により突設形成されている破砕面部材。
- 請求項2に記載の破砕面部材において、耐摩耗性の高い部分の部材移動方向後部上に肉盛形成される後側の耐摩耗性金属ビードが、耐摩耗性の高い部分の部材移動方向前部上に肉盛形成される前側の耐摩耗性金属ビードより低くされている破砕面部材。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一つに記載の破砕面部材において、耐摩耗性の高い部分の部材移動方向前部上に肉盛形成される前側の耐摩耗性金属ビードは、部材移動方向前方から部材移動方向後方へ向かって高さが漸減する楔形状である破砕面部材。
- 請求項4に記載の破砕面部材において、耐摩耗性の高い部分の部材移動方向前部上に肉盛形成される前側の耐摩耗性金属ビードが、耐摩耗性の高い部分の部材移動方向後部上に肉盛形成される後側の耐摩耗性金属ビードに連続している破砕面部材。
